It can be done the same way you put one avi in an siggy.. instead of the pictures, use another animated avi..

stack them into one like u stack avi's vertically so tht they move on the same time.

^^Dear, every photoshop version has some common effects like selective colouring, layers, curves, do you know what each of them does or u want to learn to put the effects from the basics?😳
