I have a doubt.i am learning banner making.i am using photoscape to make banners.i made a banner using the size 728*90 pixels.after i finished making the banner and uploading it in imgur,i realised that the size of the banner is 550*98 pixels.😕how did the size change?when i asked one banner maker abt it,she told me to resize it.i did the same thing.when i adjust the height of the banner,the width becomes larger and when i adjust the width,the height becomes smaller.

Quite confusing na.can someone tell me where i am making a mistake and what should i do so that the banner size remains 728*90 pixels and doesn't become smaller again?
