Amu, you wanted help with the GIFs or regular Icons?

If its for the GIFs then check this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLYjVEn0y7w

And if you have more frames in one GIF and less in the other ones, then you can download Animation Shop 3 and cull the animation. 😃
