Between Paint Shop Pro 7, Corel PaintShop Pro X3 and Adobe Photoshop, which is a better software to use for making signatures and editing photo's? I used PSP 7 about 5-6 yrs ago but I haven't made signatures in a long time so I prefer a software that has a friendly UI.

Hi...I have a prob...I have PS CS4 whenever I save a document or open a document of Gif extention...I dont get the layers only 1 layer exists...
