Shelly, you need PSP, (which u have) and also animatiopn shop.... which will help you make glitter borders, sparkles, etc...

And Desi_baby, you can download a free trial of Animation shop from www.Jasc.com... But if u have Paintshop pro, u shud know that it comes with it...

In pAintshop pro,

Click on view > toolbars

In toolbars dialog box, click on web toolbar,... once this toolbar appears, you will see a tiny button which has a picture of a film roll...that lets you launch Animation shop....

If your Paintshop pro is permanent, then your animation shop will also be permanent...
