AVI tutorial

So yeah I get so many PMs and scraps to do AVI tuts. But many people on IF have already did them but I never followed those tuts so I dont know how much easy my tut will be for u guys. But I will explain step by step =]

Softwares required

>>Atube catcher (dowload link http://atube-catcher.dsnetwb.com/video/)

>>Mpeg4 streamclip (download link http://www.squared5.com/)

>>Quick time support (If u have any apple application on ur systen than u dont need to require to download it but in case u don have simple download itunes its free to download and quick time will come with it here is the link http://www.apple.com/itunes/)

Steps to follow

1. Download ur Video

2. Convert it with the help of atube catcher its a software that convert videos

Frst u have to click on the tab Video convertor than velow there is drop-down select MPEG4. Put ur Vodeo location in that big box. Choose output and hit convert. Ur video will be converted.

3. Now just go to the place where ur output file is kept and open it. That will open with MPEG-4

4 Just play the Video and from where u want to Avi the Video just click I and where u want to end click O

5. Now go to file option and click on export to avi and save it.

6. Now real work strts open ur Photoshop. Click on import that will show some options out of which select Video frames to layers. And choose ur exported avi. Than u will get following dialogue box. Note the settings. I generally limit the frames to 2 but while make Icon avi I include every frame =)

Click okay

7. Now it will take 2 minutes and then screen will look like this.

In case u dont get window below than go to window and click on animation u will get the window.

8. Now go to that window and strt deleting the unrequired frames like I dont need thoe valentine frames😛

Now I selected unwanted frames with the help of Shift and control

and hit the delete button which looks like dustbin which is marked in circle in above pic

9. Now we have required number of frames but one more prob they have black spaces on the frame see I have marked them with arrows in below snip

So now we will remove them with Crop. It looks like this slect it

10. Strt cropping remove those black things. Crop it like below pic and hit the right buttonn and u r done =]

11. Now image size. That really really important. If u r making Icon sized than go with 100*100 but I am making it for my siggy box so I will choose 250*140. Go to image options and click on image size. there just put ur desired size in pixels and click ok.

12. Voila u r done😃. In case u want to add text. Then just one basic rule add it on frst frame and above all layers wait lemme show u😳 with the help of snips. While adding text select frst frame and u will get ur text on rest frames. But mind to put text layer above all the frames

13. Sometimes speed of the avi is bit odd according to desired one so go to palette that I have marked in below snip which is just above 15 frame and select all frames from that options. Then go to time line and chnge the time according to ur wish I have marked timeline also.

14. Now how to save them =). Go to file and select save for web and devices and a pop-out will come like below. Do the setting that I have did below and hit on save. Yes Finally u r done just upload then on image sharing sites like Photobucket minus and imugr

See the rs**t I have added coloring 😛. On coloring I guess I will do Tut soon😳 though I am also learning😛 but basic I knw that which options is used for which.

@sanz: U get that right that we can cut the video in that MPEG streamclip but sometimes what happens by mistake people are not able to cut that Video properly as they are new in avi making business. So in that case they should know that no need to worry they can delete xtra frames in photoshop also =). I kept xtra frames intentionally cz I had to tell people abt delete option🤗
