Hey dear! I think there are the picture tubes that are used in animation shop. You can try searching for them in google!😳

Wat do u use i mean PS or Animation shop??

If u use PS then go on google and find Glitter fills and then open them in ur PS
Open>Import>import as layers (Make sure ur animation palette is open)

3-4 layers will open

then select the first layer in amimation box and go to edit>define pattern and save it with a suitable name..then do this with each and every layer in animation box
Now open the image/sig in which u want glitter fills
duplicate ur image in animation box as many times as the layers of your gltter fill
then select each animation layer and goto Layer>new adjustment layer>pattern and then fill each with one!
Now you have to correct the sync of the layers pallete and animation layers...so it move properly!
