does someone know how to make borders in PS CS or are thereborders which i download from net?

i am talking about plain borders and also the lined ones

Hey mallu..
To make simple borders:
1.Select your siggie by Select>All
2.Go to Edit>Stroke>Then take your desired color and width and click Ok
Hope it helps.😳
