than look at up side it write window chick here
u can actions chick here
than
u hv to download actions from any site
than
u action like tht

Photoshop Tutorials: The icons at the bottom of the Actions palette.
than chick to tht button

chick tht load actions
load ur actions tht u downloaded
than chick to u any action
and thaan u can see tht play button ryt
chick here
than u action happened =)
