Sure, would love to teach.

I start off with the text... And see which font suits it.

Then I add in a new layer under the text layer and randomly start adding brushes... mostly flower/branch brushes and hearts sometimes too.

And then I add noise to the text sometimes to the brushes layer too and animated them in Imageready.
