hey... i am new here in this forum....
can anyone tell me where can i find some good softwares that help create animated gif-pics....
also if there is any s/w that cuts small parts of a video and converts it into a animated gif...
i was browsing the tutorials and found free trial based s/w...but i am asking for totally free ones........
