di i tried doing it but its not working😭.is there any other way to upload brushes in photoshop?

photoshop 7, my brushes r in winzip format.but di forget abt the brushes 4 now coz now i have a bigger problem😆.i am trying to open photoshop but its giving me an error saying "could not initialize photoshop because the scratch disks are full".and i have no clue what this means😕(not good at such stuff).i even tried re-installing photoshop😕😭.

thank u soooo much di😃.i checked this link and it helped,photoshop started to work and i tried to upload the brushes and even they r working.thanxx once again😊.
