I agree that Kiran is no saint but if you look at what's going on from a third person's perspective then Abhi-Simran are much more at fault than Kiran.

Look at it this way, Kiran entered Abhi's life when he was married to Simran, she enticed him and started an affair with him. Now here Abhi is more to be blamed than Kiran. He cheated on Simran and married Kiran. Simran like a stupid fool gave him full permission for the wedding. As long as Kiran stayed 'married' to Abhi, she was faithful to him but he kept thinking of Simran all the time. Then he ditched Kiran as well becoz he thought she was too ambitious and too modern-thinking. It's no surprise that Kiran, like Neha was insecure and jealous of Simran. So when chance threw Aastha in her way, no doubt she's going to take full advantage of the situation to get back at Abhi and Simran.

Abhi and Simran meanwhile failed to take control of the situation. Abhi failed to reveal the true nature of Kiran to Aastha, Simran failed to inspire any kind of trust or affection in Aastha. As a result of their poor parenting techniques, Aastha moved closer to Kiran. I am not defending Kiran here but if Abhi-Simran were aware of what she's leading Aastha into, they should have taken some drastic steps. They seem more concerned about the award ceremony and their oversees trip than finding out abt what's happening with Aastha. They just can't let her go, thinking that she'll change her mind one day. If they were really caring, good parents they would have gotten Aastha away from Kiran no matter what. But they don't even have the basic desire for doing so and are running away from the problem..so typical of them 😡

I feel really sorry for Aastha and angry as I am with Kiran for her deceitful ways, I am more angry with Abhi and Simran for all this mess they have created 😡

Of all the facts you posted above, I completely agree with you! Very well written 👏 👏

Though, you are forgetting that Astha is not Simran's real child. Had it been Sia, Simran would have left no stone unturned to get her back, like she tried when little Sia was kidnapped in London.

Abhi has always been glued to Simran's charisma. He can not see anything beyond Simran. Even in these 18 years, he never thought about anything besides Simran (he himself said that) not even her dead wife Neha, little abondoned daughter Gudia or his parents. This is proved as after his return also, he never took priority to look after his parents and daughter Gudiya. He rather preferred to be with Simran, the magician. 😡

Astha is still a strong person otherwise anyone after such a trauma would have attemped suicide or ran away from this mess. She is still facing everyone.

Yeah, I agree with you. Aastha is a strong person.. most people, especially if they are 18, would have already committed suicide!

I beg to differ with you. You are forgetting the age difference. Sia-Astha was a 2-year old when she was kidnapped. Any mom would be frantic, to say the least, with worry, and would not leave the proverbial stone unturned.

Gudiya was 18 when she was "kidnapped" by Kiran. Legally Simran has no hold over her, and bringing her back by any other (read illegal) means would only antagonize G-Astha (as if she isn't already!)

I don't remember that far back, but without Kiran's come-on, Abhi wouldn't have fallen for her. She already reveals her character by seducing a married man for her own benefit. No man would fall on his own, where is that old saw ek haath se taali nahi bhajta?

And Kiran left Abhi when she was enticed by the offer of a flat.

Sorry! gotta go!! work!!!

Neha left Abhi because of her avaricious needssss...why is SImran blamed for being nice?

It's no fault of hers that Abhi has only loved her and thought about her....lolzzzz....

And, I think its high time people stop defending Aastha....what she is doing is not just immature, it's wicked!!!!!

Simran is not allowed to win the trust of Aasthat because this immature kid keeps pushing her away!!!!

I am sure she would have hated her parents more if they tried keeping her away from the saint-of-all Kiran...lolzzz.....

Every child has a different psychology....kids like Aastha are extremely stubborn who are not tamed by severe means....they only hate their parents moree!!!!

Whatever...Aastha and Kiran are made for each other... 😆

chikoo - you are forgetting that his parents themselves want him assist SImran's dad....Abhi's logic is clear....Simran's dad needs them cuz he is alone....his parents are very happy together and wish their son and daughter-in-law every happiness in the world....they want their son to help his father-in-law after 18 years of his absence and immaturity!!!

Why always blame SImmy? lolzzz

I agree. Also, I think Kiran is no way and I mean no way positive. As I mentioned before, I do not and re-iterate *not* have sympathy for women who run afer married men, entice them, hook them, threaten to commit suicide and break homes. Sorry, no way. Abhi was an idiot, but he was just plain immature and fell in lust with Kiran, but it was Kiran who threw herself on a married man and ruined his family to begin with. Sorry, I haev no sympathy for her. As for what she is doing with Aastha, it is inexcusable. She is trying to take revenge on Abhi and Simran by destroying Aastha. Sick is a mild word for Kiran.
