Simran introduces Sia to Abhi's parents and they are all overjoyed. Aastha decides to give Simran a second chance. Abhi tells his parents that he cannot wait to see Aastha but he will have to until the time is right and till then he will look at her secretly. Aastha tells Simran that she would like to find Radhaji and that she needs Simran's help to locate her and Simran agrees. Aastha proposes that she should probably place an ad in the papers. Simran agrees to that too. However next day Simran is shocked to find an ad in the papers saying that Radhaji is missing.

Episode - 546 Telecast Date: 05 July 2005
Saurabh notices Shaguna going with towards the car with the album and asks Simran about it, who replies that they are for Abhi's father. Sia insists Abhi to shave off his beard but he doesn't relent. Bhavani visits Abhi and is happy to see all of them. Simran shows Abhi, Aastha's photographs and tells him all the anecdotes that are associated with them. Abhi is longing to see Aastha and so he goes to the library and peeps at her from behind a book while she notices him. Later when Aastha is going through her parents' photographs she suddenly doodles on Abhi's snap and feels that she has seen him somewhere. She then feels that she had seen Abhi and runs to tell Simran and Saurabh about it.

Saurabh tells Aastha that it could have been someone who resembles her father and Simran says that it couldn't have been Abhi because otherwise he would have definitely come to see them. Aastha shows the bearded photograph to Abhi's parents and says that she wants to meet her father and ask him why he left them. Simran is angry with Abhi for going to see Aastha. Sid sends a message of condolence to Sia and she tells him that she is in London. Aastha tells Simran that she wants to look for her father and approaches Sid who agrees. They go about looking for Abhi and on the way, Sid spots Sia in a super store. He drops off Aastha and pursues Sia and confronts her, who tells him that Anand is her father.

Episode - 548 Telecast Date: 07 July 2005
Sid is shocked to hear about Anand being Sia's father. He asks her a lot of questions regarding her mother and her whereabouts but Sia doesn't answer and goes her way. Sia and Sid are both upset about their friendship and Simran and Urmila respectively explain to them that they may continue their friendship, but should not relent. Sid tells Urmila about Anand being Sia's father while Urmila in turn informs Simran. Sia is doubtful about her feelings for Sid being just those of friendship or something else. Saurabh is wondering about Simran's behaviour and where she keeps most of the time. Aastha visits the hospital and a receipt of the asylum in Nasik falls into her hands for Radha. She is shocked to see it and realizes that her grandmother is in an asylum and Simran is aware of it and is paying for her treatment.


Episode - 549 Telecast Date :- 11 July 2005
Aastha asks Simran to allow her to go for an overnight picnic with her friends and Simran agrees. Aastha goes to Nasik and meets radhaji who is in the asylum and obsessed with Simran. She doesn't recognize Aastha. Sid calls Sia and asks her to see him but she refuses and he insists that he would wait for her nevertheless. However, Sia goes to see him. Urmila comes across a bill of house rent in Simran's name. She is surprised and tells Saurabh about it who asks Simran for an explanation but she brushes it off. Simran asks Abhi to come back to normal and he asks her whether Saurabh is acceptable of him now. Saurabh tells Simran that he is indifferent about Abhi now. There is a phone call from a hotel for Simran, which Aastha answers, regarding the payment of a bill with wrong dates. Aastha asks the name of the person who was staying and she is told it is Sia Sareen. Aastha is shocked.

Episode - 550 Telecast Date :- 12 July 2005
Aastha calls Sia to talk to her and hears Abhi's mother's voice in the background and gets suspicious about where she is. Sia says she is in London. Aastha asks Simran to take her out for dinner and simran agrees. Aastha goes to Abhi's parents' place and finds out that they go out everyday these days, from the neighbours. She is thoughtful. Sia gets admission in the film institute in Mumbai and Abhi's book is selected for another award. Everyone rejoices. Aastha goes to the hospital to look for Simran and finds out that she has already left. Simran comes to the hospital to pick her up and she tells Aastha that she had visited Abhi's parents earlier in the day. Aastha is once again suspicious. She decides to find out what was cooking. The next morning she follows Simran and finds out that she goes to Sia's place. Simran finds that Abhi has hurt his hand and she goes to dress his wound. Aastha watches the two of them from the window and is shocked to see their closeness.

Episode - 551 Telecast Date :- 13 July 2005
Aastha is upset and she runs away from there. She is shattered and wants to unveil Simran's real face. Abhi has to go to Goa for a few days and Simran tells him that she may also plan something and go along. Saurabh is very agitated about Simran's behaviour. Shaguna asks Simran to tell everyone about the truth but Simran says it has to be done at the right time. Sid and Sia decide to meet the next day for lunch. However, when Sia goes to the hospital to meet Sid, Aastha reaches there and accuses Sia of cheating and telling lies. Simran intervenes but Aastha asks her to keep quiet saying that she is not her mother and moreover a characterless person like her cannot even be her mother. Simran is taken aback.

Episode - 552 Telecast Date: 14 July 2005
Everyone is shocked to hear Aastha speaking like this about Simran. Sia leaves the room and so does Simran and Aastha. Sid and Urmila follow them to Simran's house. Sia goes to her house and tells Abhi and his parents what had happened and how Aastha had called Simran characterless. Aastha tells Saurabh and the rest that she was right because she knew that Simran was aware of Radhaji being in an asylum and hadn't told anyone. She had also booked a room for Sia in a hotel and paid for it and she didn't want to look for Aastha's father since she was having an affair with another man. Everyone is shocked. However, Abhi reaches there with his parents and Sia and reveals the truth to all, including the fact that Sia was the kidnapped daughter. Everyone is shocked.
