Hey Guys!

I have two discussion points which overlap with each other and would love to hear your opinions on it!

1) As you know Shanker was arrested for attempted murder, and Simran believed the facts over her heart...do you think she was right ? Do you feel she should have doubted him ... sometimes although evidence is there, it does not mean it is right... so was simran right to follow the proof and not her heart you feel ??

2) Also, as we can notice these days, Urmila is feeling that Simran is doubting her and not trusting her and her past keeps coming in the way... (i feel a lot of this is paranoia in my opinion)..but do you think she is right to feel like that ?

would love to hear your views !

I feel that Simran is justified in not trusting him. As they say "doodh ka jalaa hua, chaas bhi phook-phook ke peeta hai" - in the past Shankar had proved that he was not a 100 percent reliable, so her doubts are justified. What is strange is that she doesnt feel that way about Abhi, who was also not trustworthy with all the nonsense that he pulled off - however, one explanation is that she was in love with him.

I agree that it is paranoia on her part.😊

would love to hear your views !

I agree with Kruti!! I do agree that everyone deserves a chance and anyone can change - but most of us do tend to base our opinions on past experiences.. That's only human, though it maybe wrong.. And Simran had the decency and grace to apologize later - my opinion would have been completely different had she not apologized or accepted that mistake of hers.. Shankar's reaction was justified as well as he had plenty of self-respect but I won't fault Simran completely.. But as Kruti says it is strange that she trusted Abhi so much and Urmila too - who was actually the one involved in the acid throwing incident.

#1. Agreed that Shankar was not truthful in the past - he has done things for which he went to jail ( and repented ). Now, assuming that he has been working for Simran for a "long" time after his run-in with the law, Simran should be a good judge of his character. I dont' think she was justified in doubting Shankar.

#2. Simran has gone blind - its but natural for her to be suspicious about the entire world around her (having said this, why is she trusting Yash!) Urmila's been through a lot too - does not surprise me that her paranoia about her past is showing up !
