neha is hospitalised ,simran is upset and she is attending her
neha tells simran that she is not going to survive,why don't she
(simran)and abhi come together again
(they show abhi standing and looking at neha and simran is cryimg)

They seem to have very high mortality rate in the serial so many have died, Simrans mom, sister, abhi's sister and now neha and two maternal death under Simran's care Anandi and now likely neha, If I was to be pregnant I shall be staying miles away from Dr Simran's care

I think director will definitely kick out to neha who is daraar between simran and abi and will again more stress or importance given to the new kiran who again bringing new twist in serial becuase i read out in some newspaper that director will kicking out to the neha and another new story bringing between kiran abd abi. Let's keep finger crossing
