Update for Friday Nov. 11, 2005

Abhi consoles a completely shattered Simran and tells her to keep concentrating on the methods taught by the instructor and slowly she will be able to cope with everything. Rajni, the instructor, also tells Simran to mentally condition and prepare herself to her present predicament and accept the fact that she will be able to cope in time. Yash too tries to re-assure Simran and tells her to first overcome her weakness mentally and realise that she has to start from scratch and this is only the beginning. It is not something that she can master in two days. Yash realises that he has spoken too much and he is a young boy and should not have said all that he did. But Rajni and Abhi reassure him that what he has said was absolutely right. Rajni feels that Simran has had enough for the day and leaves. Abhi goes after her and requests her to teach him too. Rajni tells him that it would be better if she continued to coach Simran at home where Simran will feel less self-conscious and at home Abhi will be able to learn too. Abhi asks Rajni to teach him braille too. Rajni tells him that braille is very difficult to learn especially for people who have vision or are not blind from birth. Abhi says that he is prepared to put in the effort so that he is able to help Simran.

Saakshi is in her cabin working on her laptop when Yash comes to her and tells her that there were some files which needed to be looked into and Urmila is not around. Saakshi tells him that she will take a look at the files. When she is browsing through the files, she comes upon her photograph which Yash had taken on his first day at the hospital. She is quite surprised and tells Yash that how could he have her photograph as she had destroyed the film roll. Yash tells her that she had only taken away one film roll and she was totally unaware of another roll. Yash is not sure how Saakshi will react to her photo and is quite surprised when Saakshi asks him to give her a copy for herself. Yash is elated and tells her that the photo is for her only. Saakshi breaks into a laugh.

Later at home Yash tells his mother, Kiran, all that he has been able to accomplish at the hospital. Kiran is quite surprised that no one has gotten suspicious of Yash's motives. She is listening to Yash going into raptures over Saakshi and gets worried that Saakshi is quite an intelligent woman and it will not be easy for him to fool her. She warns Yash against getting swept away by his admiration for Saakshi and that he should concentrate more on her weaknesses instead of her beauty.

At home Abhi is with a Braille instructor who shows Abhi the basics of braille. Abhi finds it very difficult but is determined to learn braille so that he can help Simran.

Yash is at the hospital and Urmila gets him to read some files so that he is able to do his job as the hospital co-ordinator. Urmila forbids him from opening a confidential file. Yash's interest is piqued and he tells her that he has too many files to go through to do his job efficiently and requests her to allow him to work at nite so that he can catch up – his main aim being to get a peek into the confidential file. Urmila who is totally oblivious of Yash's motives, permits him to work at nite.

Sid and Sia are out on date when Sia can't stop talking about Gaurav. Sid warns Sia to be careful as Gaurav may misunderstand her sympathy for love. Sia in return chides Sid about his female friends.

Saakshi is at the hospital in her cabin working late when Yash comes there with a plateful of pasta for her. Saakshi is quite taken aback by Yash's concern.

At home, Simran is feeling currency notes and tries to identify each denomination by size and feel of the notes on her palm. Abhi comes there and tells her that he was impressed that she is able to tidy up her room just as before. Simran tells him that things are easier at home as she knows where what is – they have had to make some adjustments due to her blindness but in time she will get used to the new changes too and it is her own haste which makes her make mistakes - else she is learning to cope. Abhi reassures her and tells her to keep the faith and keep practicing and with time she will be alright. Simran is consious of what impression others may have of her and her behaviour. She is quite embarrassed by what Rajni may have thought of her and the way she reacted earlier in the day when she broke the jug and glass. Abhi tells her to remember what Yash had told her then that she cannot expect to learn everything in just two days. He then tells her that initially he was quite wary of Yash and got quite angry with him, but now he feels that he is a good boy and means well. He ponders a while and says that he feels that he has some connection with Yash – perhaps some relation from the previous birth!!

Yash is at the hospital alone in Urmila's cabin looking for the confidential file when Saakshi passes by. She sees Yash intently pouring over some file and gets suspicious. She immediately enters the cabin.
