The wierd thing is, this sort of stuff just does not happen that much in real life... i don't know anyone with a love child...yet every serial has it...

I agree!! And somehow I think this is part of Kiran's ploy, unless the director has clean forgotten that he had brought in the part where Kiran aborted Abhi's baby.

umm 1 reason i could think of is because anil got lots of money and abi won't give any child support so may be MONEY. And another reason coulbe be that may be Abi left everybody for 18 years so to whom she would go for $$$$.
