That is of course one reason and another reason is that though Sia was the "real" daughter, Simran had grown to love Aastha more with time and Sia had really entered her life only recently..Also, the fear of losing Aastha brought out her feelings even more:-)

Agreed... Simran and Aastha do share good chemistry on screen. They both are natural and the scenes look real. Sia and Simran has long way to go before they can appear believable on screen.

Somehow i will miss Aastha and Simran scenes together. Then again, didnt they always look good together? Before Kiran stepped in?

I think, Simian's future acting challenge as a blind person would have made it awesome with her and Aastha's combination.
