imzi: my guess is you are trying to download from torrent section. torrent needs a software called bit torrent installed on your computer. the best way to download from d-addicts is to go to sub thread under subtitle version. you will see a big rectangular box on the mail where links to sub are provided. click on link(check for version of video before you do it)....it starts autodownload. try that and let me know if you have any issues. For the legend, i am willing to upload the subfiles on megaupload or zip all of them up and send it to you guys. please let me know if you would like that. btw the link to episode 1 sub file is up on first page of this thread. please let me know if anyone has issues with soft subs...i will try posting a good tutorial.

the subs on the first page showed up as a torrent file too.. I tried opening with them with bit torrent at first but that didn't work it kept saying invalid torrent but when I opened them with word I could read the subs

if your uploading the subs for legend please send them to me too really want to watch this show

imzi: i think i misunderstood you....i thought you had problems downloading subfile from megaupload or d-addicts. once you download...you have a file with extension .srt . now we need not do anything with it other than name it same as the videofile and make sure it is located in same directory as video file. if you have installed my preferred ccc(combined community codec ) pack or vobsub utility , when you double click on the video file the subs upload automatically due to same name and same location. you ABSOLUTELY never need to open the srt file.

for example look at the links on first page....download all the parts of video file
click on hjsplit utility and JOIN them make sure when it asks for the first file , it is .001 (normally it searches that by default)...then press start and you get a joined file
now rename joined videofile as "legend1"
download the subfile and rename it "legend1.srt"
if you have proper codecs installed then double click on videofile...it should show up on window media player along with subs showing
