Episode 2 summary
Going back to everyday life, Xiang-Qin plans to make breakfast for Zhi-Shu, and even imagined a sweet and beautiful breakfast, but then overslept. Xiang-Qin thinks of this as just a little mistake made by a new wife, and continues to work hard in trying to fulfill her role as a wife. During this time, she finds out that Zhi-Shu didn't register Xiang-Qin into the Jiang family (basically, she's not legally his wife yet :X). Zhi-Shu says that he has other things to do, and Xiang-Qin suffers from this.
A new school year has started, and Yu-Shu is now in Year 1 of middle school, and as Xiang-Qin's classmates start getting busy on working towards their careers, Xiang-Qin is still unsure of her own future.
In the school, the rumor of Xiang-Qin not being Zhi-Shu's legal wife has spread, and Zhi-Yu states that this is so that Zhi-Shu can easily get a divorce. Xiang-Qin becomes desolate—especially since after the honeymoon, Zhi-Shu has made school and the laboratory as his new home (basically, he hasn't been home much ;__;), causing Xiang-Qin to become unsure of Zhi-Shu's heart and intentions. Xiang-Qin becomes filled with unsure thoughts, and therefore took action and brought a lunchbox to Zhi-Shu, fantasizing Zhi-Shu's intimate and sweet response, but in the end was not able to see Zhi-Shu, who was immersed inside the laboratory. Through this, Xiang-Qin meets Zhi-Shu's classmate ??, and he suspects how Zhi-Shu "chooses his woman" (like the type of woman he's interested in). Actually ??'s grades are always right behind Zhi-Shu's, and he has always wanted to beat Zhi-Shu (grade-wise, lols).
With Zhi-Shu not registering their marriage and not coming home, Xiang-Qin becomes unsettled, causing Ah Jin to run to the lab to blame Zhi-Shu. Zhi-Shu tells Ah Jin to mind his own business, and Xiang-Qin angrily states that Zhi-Shu has never treated her as his wife, causing Zhi-Shu to respond coldly, and Xiang-Qin leaves in tears.
Xiang-Qin goes to ???? (her dad's restaurant), and Xiang-Qin's father reprimands her for not taking Zhi-Shu's feelings into consideration, and not believing in him. In school, Zhi-Shu's mean acts towards Xiang-Qin becomes the school's gossip, and the classmates encourage Xiang-Qin to get a divorce from Zhi-Shu. At this time, Zhi-Shu appears and takes Xiang-Qin away.
