there are no guidelines given by the official team as such. you just need to go to the quiz section:

https://www.indiaforums.com/play/quiz

click on "Add Quiz" button.

you need to enter basic details on the quiz. click on "add" button.

then it will redirect you to "edit quiz" page- there you can add quiz questions- one by one I guess.

Later, you need to share the link here:

Vijay or any authorized person will verify the quiz and add to the main portal.

I have tried making it two-three times. I just don't know how to add pictures for every question. Copy-paste from Imgur doesn't work here. Do you know any other method?

I don't think you need to upload images using Imgur or anything, There is an "upload image" button on the upper-right corner. you can just use that and upload images directly.

it's only there for the main thumbnail. I don't get it when I'm trying to add questions..weird
