Poo & Sam, I agree about Star One! I loved how most of these shows on that channel stayed true to their theme and didn't change for TRP 👏 Lot of Indian dramas cut out the freshness for TRP (looking at you Ishqbaaz)

And yeah I've seen few episodes of Rang Badalti Odhani here and there too Poo. It was hard to miss shows like RBO and Geet as MJHT was on air at the same time😆

But man Sony is becoming this new Star One I swear. They bring these good "youth" shows! Beyhadh? Jenny's role got so popular there.

Sony Channel's shows are like those high fantasy novels. Takes too long to build up or just create the base at that. Slow. Good but slow. 😆

@Shaz .. I loved the first Riddhima .. they had so much chemistry together as budding doctors .. she also brought in lot of innocence required for the character! ... Jennifer was the worst Riddhima for me.. (Even I stopped watching the show after her entry, it got boring)! ..

@Poobear .. I have watched RBO and even Gulaal .. Both shows were very unique and catered a different kind of romance! .. They aired on star one as well I think ... Star One was a good channel .. after they scrapped it there wasn't very youth-y shows to watch out for! .. [Have you seen Remix from Star one .. I had watched it few years back, another good school college drama] ..

After all these shows, haven't had much patience for Hindi shows! .. Even these dramas were super long .. I haven't watched any drama from Ep 1 till End .. it was always on and off thing ... 😆 .. If only they go the route of limited Eps .. If not like 16 Eps, even 100 or 125 Eps are doable for watch .. After that you lose focus and patience!

Sam..You watched RBO and Gulaal too!!! Daebak!!! No wonder our likes are same mostly!!! 🤗 I loved RBO till their confession..But I dropped it after the rock on track..Later on I only saw ShaNak scenes in net..Gulaal I watched fully!!! Tho I used to be freaking crazy for ShaNak!!! 😆

No..Have not seen Remix..It came before DMG and RBO na..Ya..No youth based shows nowadays..Even Mtv, V Channel dropped it in trp race!!!

Same..I can only focus on hindi drama like 100 epi before and all..Later on when it gets dragging I drop it..Even if you pick up later on its same old story like DMG!!! 😆 Now tho I can't get past even 2 episodes of Hindi serial..

Sam..On EDVK..Initially the drama was damn good..But later on I dropped it..But its good compared to other saas-bahu drama crap..

Agree Tris..Sony brought youth shows..And I watched Beyhadh, IPKKD and Ishqbaaz too..But dropped it again later on..😆 I drop even the 16 episode kdramas if not nice so hindi serial goes on for years..So no surprise there!!!🤣

Gul dramas initially are damn good..That too compared to Ekta..But she mess it up due to trps later on..

Wow!!! You saw RBO too Tris!!! 😃 Ya..Geet and RBO when started MJHT was on air that time..Those were some good days..

Ya..They maintained the theme..And they dont do these festival celebrations and all like Saas-bahu drama drag on for month for one festive..Except may be holi..
