This show has me addicted already. BTW in the video did KC cross into our world? Did the killer follow? Because it looked like the killer turned around and was watching our heroine in her hospital.

i did read its english translation on internet. So yes Kang chull does comes to real world and meets Yun Joo at hospital. But if killer follows him too or not ,i am not sure.
