So here I was one Friday evening wondering HOW on earth I was going to relieve myself from my boredom, and then decided to check Tumblr. I was sort of annoyed that my dashboard was filled up with this one Korean guy and I just didn't know who he was. So I checked the name underneath, Jung Yong-hwa and thought, who is this guy? So I googled. And realised he was a Korean actor.

And then it got me thinking - I watched animes. Heck, I've even read manga. Have I ever watched any K-dramas? Nope.

I thought I wouldn't understand it but then curiosty [never know how to spell that!] got the better of me - and I decided to check this guy's wikipedia. And that's when I came onto watching Heartstrings. I thought it was such a romantic, cute, little show and I fell in love with the storyline. Call me a cliche, but I just love the stories where the guy and girl dislike each other and then fall in love! :P

And then that was finished! And I again felt extremely empty - what should I watch next? And then I found The Heirs wikipedia some how and thought it sounded great! [I didn't know the main actress was the one in Heartstrings as well, lol] And by god, [I just finished watching it] it's BETTER than Heartstrings! I love the accidental meet up to power of money vs power of relationships! It was funny at times, romantic but most of all - intense!

And now you see my dilemma, what to watch next? :P

So guys, any input?

Welcome to drama land
There are soo many amazing shows
But if u want collage/high school dramas then watch boys over flowers, playful kiss, goong, dream high
These are not high school dramas but are pretty amazing
Secret garden, city hunter, lie to me, coffee prince

These are the ones I can think For now :D

other recommended good ones are:

Full House 2 (romance + some comedy), Rooftop Prince (comedy/ romance), Bridal Mask (action & romance genre), Heartless City (More action oriented but love it), Can you hear my heart, Two Weeks, Bad Guy (Kim Nam Gil, you may not like this show though), Queen Seon Deok (historical romance), Empress Ki (currently airing history + romance), I'm Sorry I love you, Secret.

Wow...lol welcome to drama land and i doubt that you will be willing to leave any time soon. Every suggestion has been said by everyone else but i will personally recommend Secret Love especially since you said characters that hate one another and fall in love...well i cant see how this doesn't clarify as hate and then turn into mutual love for one another.

Haha, currently watching You're Beautiful, it's funny but it's not my favourite from the ones I've watched. Jung Yonghwa looks better as Lee Shin and though Park Shin is adorable here, I loved her in The Heirs! The lead guy, don't know his name is a really good actor! Thought he was annoying as the OCD singer but his characteristics are really hilarious :P

The lead guy is Jang Geun Suk and he another show such as Marry Me Mary but the storyline spiraled out of control beyond being pulled back, Love Rain (never watched it but ppl said they loved the theme and Bel Ami A.K.A Beautiful Man or Pretty Man and I loved Yonghwa's character in You're Beautiful just that they made it painstakingly clear he was the second lead in the show. he hasn't acted in another show well he did act in Marry Him If You Dare but i wouldn't feel right readily suggesting/recommending that show as the writers didn't know what to do and neither lead ended up with the girl and the storyline spiraled out of control as well.
