Chapter 3:Sakshi definitely felt something was not right. She could feel it. It seemed Arjun was not willing to find Advay, but prove that he's actually dead.
But whenever she tried to ask him about this he either shoved her off or show her the proves which actually portrayed that he was doing his work properly.
Another thing which bothered Sakshi was the growing feeling she was having towards Arjun. She had worked with many men before but never did she feel such.
She never felt so much attracted to a man. His physique, tanned tone, sharp features all aroused her to next level. She was never physically attracted to a man, not even Advay for that matter.
And that's what the problem was if she had lust for Arjun then it's not good as she loves Advay. But she genuinely cared about him then was she falling for him? Or already fallen for her Mr Rude.
The recent incidents increased her queries. She tried to know about his past. And when she got to know about his father and best friend abandoning him and his wife's brutal death, she got the reason behind his ever longing coldness.
To deepen their pure relationship and console the broken man she had tricked him faking her injuries. She knew she was wrong but her intentions were not.
And it was proved by his outburst the other day. And that led to the talk with best friend Ayesha who carefully calculated that she was in love with the broken man.
Though she couldn't agree she couldn't deny also. It was very different around him. Whenever he was around her heartbeat increased. Whenever he saved her, her respect for him increased.
And when he touched her though not intentionally, be it picking her up or hugging her, she never wanted that time to pass. And whenever others used to accuse him or abuse him she could feel anger built in her.
If these were symptoms of love then she was already head over heels for that man. But the problem was she didn't know about Arjun's feelings and the other thing that stopped her was Advay.
But something happened that day which nobody expected especially Sakshi and Arjun.
The sign of Sikander and lack of efficiency to reach him angered Arjun which led him to destroy some important evidence.
And thereby Sameer without consoling his former best friend criticised him for something which was not his fault. He mercilessly accused the already guilty man of his beloved wife's death. And declared him unholy and wherever he would go he would spread bad charm which would kill everyone.
His accuses were very brutal and both Ayesha and Sakshi, present their was amazed to see this side of the ever so calm chief. Ayesha was stupefied whereas Sakshi wanted to hit some brain into his bone headed skull.
But what followed next stopped her. Arjun didn't deny Sameer's accuses but this time the strong cop broke down. He fell to his knees crying bitterly.
Sakshi wanted to go to him and hide him in her embrace and protect him from all who wanted to hurt that innocent soul.
But she couldn't do that Sameer ordered them to leave and Ayesha forcefully took her out. Leaving Arjun to fend for himself.
In the car however Sakshi did one of the things she wished to do. Sameer was driving and Ayesha was in the front seat. Through Arjun's past she got to know about Sameer and Arjun's relationship.
She started saying, "You should be very happy Sameer, the ever so strong cop who stood high even after his wife's death couldn't handle your words. Your words are more powerful than anyone's death."
Ayesha tried to stop Sakshi as she knew Rathore Sir was angry. But Sakshi was now defending her Arjun and nothing could stop her.
"You both were friends right? I pray to God that no one gets a friend like you."
Now Rathore couldn't take it. Sakshi was accusing him questioning him about his friendship. He was always very loyal with all his relations. And had been a very good friend of both Roshni and Arjun.
But Arjun's thought stopped him for a while. Had he become only Roshni's friend and not Arjun's. Had Roshni's friend, Sameer overpowered and killed Arjun's Sam.
His Thoughts broke when Sakshi said "Have you ever loved someone? Do you even know how it feels to loose your love? Just think Sameer if you were in Arjun's place And Ayesha in Roshni's And if Arjun came And accused you like you are doing then what would you do?"
This dawned Sameer. He knew he had fallen for Ayesha And imagining her having same fate as Roshni's sent shivers down his spine. For the first time in years He understood Arjun's pain his loneliness and his own incapability as a friend
"You are right Sakshi. I've done lot of injustice towards Arjun and I need to rectify it. I need to appologize to him. And I promise whether He forgives me or not, this time I won't leave him alone. Thank you Sakshi"
Sakshi just smiled seeing Sameer's resolution. They took a U turn And reached the house where They left Arjun but to their amazement he was not their. His sudden absence bothered every one. So Sameer dialed his number but it was switched off. This increased his tension, when suddenly Ayesha found blood droplets and involuntarily said " Arjun Sir didn't take any wrong step right?"
This thought only killed both Sameer And Sakshi.They called everyone And tried to find Arjun. But none could find him. It appeared he had just vanished in thin air.
Later that night though their was no sign of Arjun Sameer dismissed everyone seeing it was late. But he himself continued his search.
Sakshi on the other hand had found Arjun in a lonely beach. Though he was not crying tears were still rolling down his face. Today Sameer's words had actually shattered him.
Sakshi couldn't see him so broken. So she ran to him and hugged him with all her might. Patting his back and caressing his hair occasionally to soothe him.
Soon they parted. And Sakshi didn't know what snapped inside her that she lost all her self control. The pain Arjun was undergoing, his tearstriken face which appeared so innocent and pure.
She kissed his forehead gently and waited for Arjun to shove her off but when she didn't get any response she again kissed his forehead.
Then getting courage she moved down to his eyes, his earlobes, his cheeks along his jawline, And even his neck. Then she pondered over his lips.
She knew that if Arjun didn't shove her off that means he also liked it. And that was proved when without doing anything negative he just closed his eyes approving her actions.
She knew Arjun was in no state to respond so she herself did everything. After pondering over his lips for a while she dived into them and captured them with hers. First a gentle kiss turned into a passionate one though only Sakshi was participating.
But something very different happened. Throughout the time when Sakshi was kissing Arjun she didn't feel that she was betraying Advay or for that matter his thought didn't even come in her mind. But when she kissed him proclaiming her love, support and promising her loyalty she felt something very similar, yet something different, she felt she was with Advay.
