Rathore-Arjun idk..what I think is Rathore vent out his anger and distanced himself from him because he failed to protect Roshni ,someone close to both of them..so Rathore put all the blame on the first person he got that was Arjun..but Arjun at that time was already blaming himself so he accepted Rathore's blames as well and distanced himself... Here is my take. (Purely based on what was shown in the show)

There are references on the show to Rathore and his mentors warning Arjun to err on the side of caution, control his anger and ego and not go ALL out. However, Arjun being himself, did not heed to their words and took it lightly which eventually cost him the most.

While, his mentors are more experienced and senior (may be also slightly favouring him as their own), they sympathised with him and let him be but Rathore couldn't find himself to forgive Arjun for his daredevil acts despite the many warnings and took it out on him.

Rathore's continued anger stems from the fact that Arjun did not learn a thing and continues to act recklessly. After everything that happened, after knowing the implications of his recklessness, Arjun continues to act daredevil. There is simply no realisation of the implications of his actions and no restructuring or strategy in his planning. Rathore will not mollycoddle him even though he sympathises with him. His actions speak for themselves. He will fight him in the conference room or in the confines of the office but will shield him from external threat, regardless (hostage case). He will appreciate his investigation (maid's murder case) and even publicly acknowledge (sister-in-law murder case) his contributions but will not spare him for his recklessness either (outburst in the drug case). He found him out in oblivion and even handed over a file (presumably proofs) against Sikander.

Frankly, Arjun realises that somewhere but will not or perhaps, cannot find a way back to reconcile

Make no mistake, Arjun is overwhelmed with emotions on hearing his mentor's voice. Since it was Riya's idea, it was a gratitude hug. Not out of love.

Agreed, if Arjun wasn't so overwhelmed, he wouldn't have hugged her. He better say thank you to her and he might hopefully actually express some of his feelings.

Yes, it is shown that Sameer doesnt believe in the existence of Sikander, which again, is challenged throughout the story because the mentor and Sameer are hiding a hard disk or some information about a drug cartel (Remember he snoops around Sameer's office to search something, checks his desk and files in his absence, calls up to get some information and he is told her needs level 5 access that Rathore has, finally he poses as Rathore to retrieve a hard disk from Rathore's locker and in the end hands over some file to Arjun after which he leaves Karan and Co to go on a "mission of his life".)

It is also shown that the two have a fight in the temple on Roshni's shraad. That conversation is a mystery to me.

In a couple of their fight scenes and much after the court room fiasco, Rathore mentions how his anger has cost him and that he never listened to reason.

So although these people do not (atleast on face) concur with him, they are hiding some information that could lead him to Sikander and Arjun knows they are hiding something and they know that Arjun doubts them.

Riya ko koi yeh samjha de and hope someone knocks some sense into Arjun. Use bhi toh koi samjhaye ki Riya ne jo kiya/kar rahi hn woh definitely pyaar ke chalte kar rahi hn, toh ya toh uske pyaar ko samjhe aur apnaye ya phir peeche hatt jaaye.

If Aisha in the initial pissed off episodes noticed Raghu sir and Rathore favoring Arjun in their way, imagine the kalesh it would bring

Arjun can deny all he wants but he enjoys the benefits. No other officers have that safety net to fall back on. I would love if Aisha or someone else had bashed all of them cause they back a problematic person, not others. I will pay to watch that 🤣😅

Actually, Sakshi is more emotionally evolved that way. In case of human emotions, she understands when not to overstep. Can't say the same about her professional life, though. There she becomes an enthu cutlet.
