Stealing Thieves *Alert*

Hello all you people at AF..

Noo.. It's not a new story.. Quite the opposite actually..

Something terrible has happened, and we (I, and Ritu aka Seasonofleaves) want to bring it to your notice..

We've been here for quite some time, interacting with people we thought, were our friends, and readers - our extended family..

Our stories mean the world to us, coz we both (like a lot of other writers) live our Character's lives and journey with them!

We both studied part-time, and worked full-time, and yet managed to squeeze in time for OUR BABIES.. Sometimes, even staying up all night, sacrificing our sleep, and time we could have spent with our REAL family, and friends..

But alas, we've been disappointed.. We feel betrayed, and so very angry!!

Coz someone, from among us, has been blatantly and incorrigibly COPYING our works, word-to-word and posting it at Fanfiction.net..

INCLUDING OUR NOTES!!! OUR freakin NOTES!!

Only, the Character names have been replaced..

This is it! I (We) are done, sharing our works here at Indiaforums.. I am in a good mind to delete my account, and get away from this place, while I can..

But why should we run, when somebody obviously had the guts to shamelessly rip off our works, our bl**dy babies, and claim them as hers!

So.. Tata it is from me to the Arjun Forum.. And I'm pretty sure my dearest Sautann aka Ritu too is in a good mind to do it..

Well, in case there is anyone who wants to follow our works, must send us your email addresses (via PM) We assure you they won't be misused..

We both, might move our works to OUR BLOGS, IF AND WHEN WE HAVE THE TIME, AND LUXURY to make them.. Coz UNLIKE THIEVES, we have busy lives, which include writing original stories..

And WE SHALL SELECT OUR READERS.. Coz I (we) no longer trust anyone, out here..

[Although we do have a fair Idea, of who the shameless, stealing THIEF is!]

I hate to break it to you - but she is a member of Arjun Forum, who pretends to be a writer, but in reality is a cheap stealer..

So, until then - It's going to be a bye from the both of us.. We're discontinuing all our existing works..

To all my (our) readers, who have stayed with us, laughed, cried, and blushed with us over the years - Peeps, I (we) know this is disheartening, but there isn't another way to say this..

So, until we sort out our issues, please bear with our absence..

We love you all, but this is just not acceptable!

Thats really pathetic!!
How can somebody copy other's works and claim it as theirs. Don't they have even a little bit of self esteem.
It's been years I have been following your stories and I love all of them from the bottom of my heart.
Though I have not written stories in this forum yet, I have the idea about how much time it takes to write something on our own, I do and I feel really bad that you had to go through this.
I support you and agree with your decision.
And I'm also hoping to see you back with your stories soon.

This is horrible

Unforgivable...
Even though I started writing recently I know how much effort it takes to get the story written to convey it to the readers.
How can someone else that easily snatch the efforts of other people..
Hope they have at least some common sense not to steal others work...
Stealing stories along with the notes is very pathetic...
