Next Day:

Sakshi is fit and fine by 3:00 AM... She is ready to get back to her life... With Aisha's insistence she agrees to stay back at hospital till morning... Her eyes searched for Arjun... She saw him sleeping on the couch... She saw his disturbed sleep... His times of peaceful sleeps are vanished... She knows the reason...

She caressed his hair, "Sorry Arjun..." She said in low voice... She kissed on his forehead... She left from there...

His sleep broke... He touched his forehead... Was he dreaming...??? He turned his gaze... She is not their on the bed... He ran out... He went straight to Aisha's cabin...

"Sakshi kaha hai...??" Arjun shot his question as he opened her cabin door...

"Hospital ke bahar garden ki ek corner mein Kishan baghwaan ka mandir hai... She will be there..." Aisha answered...

"Baghwaan se mere liye dua maango Sakshi... Maango ki mera pyaar humesha mere saath rahe..." Sakshi opened eyes hearing Arjun's voice... She unfolds her hands...

"Jo dua maang ne se bhi puri nahi hoti usse maangne ka koi matlab nahi hai..." She said turning to him...

"Kyun nahi bataya mujhe...???" He questioned...

"Mein yeh sawaal tumhare mooh se sunne se pehle hi sab kuch batana chahti thi... Par kismat ko shayad yeh manzoor nahi thi..." She crossed her hands and gave a smile looking up... She conveyed her failure to destiny, "Mein kal hi meri zindagi ka har ek panna tere saamne rakhna chahti ti..."

"Mein Rakesh Anand aur Sumita Mittal Anand ki beti hoon... Rakesh Anand, Anand and Mittal's Company ka owner... Woh company meri ayi, baba ne start kiye te... Pappa ko kuch saal pehle Best industrialist ka award mila tha... Uss award function se laut te waqt humara car ka accident hogaya tha... uss accident mein ayi, baba dono gujar gaye..." Her moist eyes hid them under shutting lashes... She turned other side facing her back to him... Arjun want to go and hug her, but seeing her crying made him numb... He has never seen her like this...

"Uss accident se mein bach gayi... Par maut ka saya mera peecha nahi choda... Uss accident ke baad jab doctors ne testings kiya, uss mein pata chala ki mujhe Unstable angina hai..." She said turning to him...

Flash Back

"Kya hua Aisha...??? Tum itne pareshaan kyun lag rahe ho...???" Sakshi questioned lying on hospital bed in hospital dress...

One month after her accident she accepted her loneliness... She knew that Aisha is always with her... But no one in this world can take parents place in life... They always protected her from all evils... They never left her alone... Where ever she goes their protective cell follows... Auto's, buses and small houses are way away from her... But now no luxury car, high raised buildings and bungalows company made her happy... She is alone with everything around...

"Woh... Sakshi... Actually... tumhe kaise batana hai yeh samajh nahi aaraha hai..." Aisha's hesitation is clear in her words...

"Zindagi ki sabse badi chot ka chuki hoon... aur jo bhi hai mein hass ke seh sakti hoon..." She said...

"Sakshi..." She took deep breath...

"Batao Aisha...!!!"

"Tumhe Unstable angina hai... Tumhari life ko danger hai..." She said controlling her brimming tears... She came to her placing hand on her shoulders, "Tum tension matt lo Sakshi hum kuch na kuch karenge..."

"Tum kya karoge Aisha..??? jo bhi hua aur hoga, meri kismat ki haaton mein hoga..."

Flash Back Ends

"Mein ne apni zindagi ko badal diya... Apni choti sa ghar, choti si duniya... Mein Aisha aur NGO... Mein company ki saari details weekly once jaake dekti hoon.. kyun ki woh meri ayi, baba ka mehnat hai..." She turned to him...

"Meri choti si duniya mein tum aaye... Jab mein ne tujhe pehli baar dekha, phir se meri dil dhadkna shuru kiya... Mujhe aisa laga jaise meri manzil milgayi hai... Mein uss din tere aankhon mein dekh kar mar bhi jaati toh, uss pal se zyada kushi kisi pal mein nahi hoti... Ek nazar mein, Ek pal mein itna pyaar kaisa hota hai...??" Her intense eyes drowned in his... "Par meri Kismat aur manzil alag hai Arjun..."

She collected letters forming them into words, "Meri har pal dua se chalta hai Arjun... Mein iss pal zinda hoon aur dusre pal rahoon ya na rahoon... Meri Ek Pal Mein Zindagi hai..." She removed her eyes from his because she will not be able to say these words looking into his eyes, "Mein ne apno ka khone ka dard saha hai... mein nahi chati hoon ki wahi dard meri koi apna sahe... Hum saath reh kar bhi saath nahi reh sakte hai Arjun..."

Arjun's heart lost his beat... A lone tear dropped down... Arjun's heart dropped down weighing pain... Sakshi with closed eyes turned to leave... Arjun held her hand... They stood there few seconds... Arjun holding her hand moved to her, facing the pain hidden face which always wears a smile...

"Abb mein kuch kahoon..." She looked at him... "Tum jitney pal jeeoge mein uss har pal mein teri saath rehne chahta hoon..." He paused and looked into her eyes, "Tumhari zindagi agar Ek pal ki hai toh mein uss Ek Pal Mein Zindagi jeena chahta hoon..." She looked into his eyes... His unconditional love showered on her...

"Tum uss dard ki baat kar rahe ho, jo tum iss duniya se jaane ke baad hoga... Par uss dard ka kya, jo tum mere aankhon ke saamne mujhse dur rehne se hoga..." He took a pause... "Kal kya hua aur kal kya hoga mein nahi jaanta hoon... Mein aaj ka har pal jeena chahta hoon..." He held her from shoulders, "Tumhare saath jeena chahta hoon..." They were lost in one another's eyes...

Sakshi hugged him tight living every moment with him, breathing in his arms... Arjun wrapped his hard protective arms around her promising to make every moment of her life beautiful...

After 3 Months:

Sakshi stood with folded hands before god in temple... Her phone buzzed, breaking her prayer concentration... Who else can call disturb her every moment of life, making every moment a sweet memory to remember...

She answered her phone with smile playing on her lips, "Mein breakfast kar chuki hoon, dawai le liya hai... temple mein hoon, hospital jaakar mein seedha ayi se milne jaa rahi hoon... ayi bahot naraz hai, kal unse milne nahi gayi hoon..." Her words flown like river with all answers... She knew all his questions... Answers were always ready with her today's schedule...

Today Sakshi has her family... Arjun, Arjun's parents, Sameer, Aisha... Arjun's parents are no more his parents now... He has to share his parents love with Sakshi... Arjun and Sakshi always fight like small kids for parents love... Arjun always complain that they support her and Sakshi reprimands same complain...

"Teekhe... Tum temple mein wait karo.. Hum dono mil kar hospital chalte hai..." He said...

"Koi zaroorat nahi hai... Sam bhai ne kaha hai ki aaj DSP se important meeting hai... issi liye chup chaap tum meeting ke liye jaao..." She ordered...

"No problem, mein aata hoon..."

"Mein ne kaha na zaroorat nahi..."

"Teekhe phir hospital se mein pick up karne aajaunga... No more arguments... Bye.. Bye..." He disconnected call no more listening to her...

"Hel..." She heard beep... "Yeh nahi sudrega..." Before she could slip mobile into her bag it rang again... She answered, "Hello..."

"Mein medicine dena bhul gaya..." He said... Her smile widened... "I Love You..." He gave his medicine... This is medicine which he gives her everyday... Medicine of love which keeps her heart happy and expands her life...

"Love You... abb chalo bye... Meeting ke liya daer hojayega... jaao..."

Hospital:

"Sakshi, tum yahi rukho... ek emergency case aayi hai... mein attend kar ke aati hoon..." Aisha left from there leaving her in cabin...

"Ayi ko call karti hoon..." she took phone out of her bag...

She went out as there is no signal in side... She heard loud cries at the end of the corridor... She walked there and saw many people staring at women crying loud and another one consoling with tears in her eyes... A middle-aged man is shattered and crying with other consoling him... There is a guy holding hand of girl and just staring at her face... He want click her face in his eyes and want to become blind forever, so that he can see and remember only his face and no one else... He didn't flow tears thinking that her eyes and memories will flow out of him...

She stopped nurse coming from that side, "Kya hua hai...???"

"Accident case... Do din se ICU mein thi... Aaj hi death hua hai..." Sakshi and she looked at them.. Nurse continued, "Uss ladki ka ek mahine pehle uss ladke se sagai hua tha... Bechara kab se ussi ladki ka haath pakad ke beta hai..." She said and left from there...

Sakshi's brimming eyes could see Arjun in that place and she lying on stretcher... She cannot leave Arjun like that... Love should make life, it shouldn't break life... She cannot break Arjun's future... She cannot shatter his future... She turned opposite side of corridor... She saw Arjun walking towards her with a charming smile and love in his eyes...

"Mein inn aankhon mein dard nahi bar sakti..." She was still, "Mein isa nahi kar sakti..." Arjun came there as he could hear only last sentence...

"Kya nahi kar sakti...??" Sakshi just stared at him instead of answering... Meanwhile nurse came there and informed them that Aisha is calling them inside...
