Chapter 21
Three of them reached Simla by afternoon. They are planning to go to the school tomorrow. So first they decided to go to Sakshi's house. They ate their lunch in a restaurant and then went to Sakshi's house.
It was a small but elegant house. Sakshi has hired someone to maintain it well. So it was ready for them to stay.
"Wow Sakshi it's a beautiful house, and what a scenery yaar!!! I don't understand why you came to Mumbai leaving all these things behind" said Aisha who is looking at the scene outside her room.
"Of course that was my fate Aisha, had to meet this akdu ACP right? " said Sakshi
Arjun who was talking to Rathore on phone turned and gave her a hard glare
" let's go to your room Aisha" said Sakshi
And they started to move upstairs.
"This is so relaxing. So much calm and peace. No wonder why Arjun Sir chose this place for your honey moon" said Aisha in a low voice and winked
"Hello this is not our honey moon. We came here to bring Akshita and as Arjun needed a break we decided to stay back" replied Sakshi
"Of course that's what he told you.. But I am sure Arjun sir is planning something" said Aisha
"what do you mean?" Asked Sakshi
"Oh come on Sakshi, don't tell me you dont have a clue. Can't you see it? He is so much in love with you. Haven't you noticed the noticeable changes in him? It was so visible. Even Shree and Chotu could understand but obviously you didn't notice. I didn't want to bring this topic between Roshni's and that dr's case you know. But think about his behavior now a days Sakshi. I think he took a big turn when Roshni's case is solved"
Sakshi was thinking hard. She got the clue that Arjun might be in love with her. She knew that after that small kiss their chemistry has changed.But she didn't think that it was so obvious for others.
"Let him plan whatever he wants but I won't accept him until he confess" said Sakshi sternly
"Hmmm good point" said Aisha
"I waited so long Aisha, now let him be the desperate one" winked Sakshi
"Sakshi I need tea" came the call of Arjun
"Oh maharaja started ordering" said Sakshi. Aisha chuckled and they both went down
Everyone is ready to sleep after they are done with their dinner. Arjun called Sakshi even before she decides something.
"Sakshi let's sleep, we need to go in the morning itself. Aisha you too, go and sleep well" said Arjun
"Yes sir I am going" said Aisha and left
"But I was planning to go with Aisha" said Sakshi
"No. You are sleeping in our room " said Arjun while going upstairs not even caring to look at her face.
"What kind of an attitude is that? If Aisha is right it's not a good idea to share a room. " muttered Sakshi but followed him
She went to the bathroom to change and is now wearing a pink color pajamas
"Why do girls always like pink? I never understood. At least you don't have that tweety or Minnie Mouse on your shirt" said Arjun looking at her night wear
Sakshi laughed looking at his face's expression and asked
"And why do all the boys hate pink"
"Because it's ...soo pink" said Arjun with a disgusting expression pointing her shirt
She laughed again listening to that and sat next to him who is sitting on the bed
"What kind of an answer is that? Anyways I am going to sleep" said Sakshi
"Hmm no no ...you can't ...sleep. Ahem" stammered Arjun
Sakshi smirked and said
"Good night Arjun and please switch off that light when you are ready to sleep"
Then she turned to the opposite side
Arjun also lied down but the light is on Sakshi's side' table. So he had to lean to her to switch it off. But he was unable to go back to his position after switching it off. He just wanted to stay there, so close to her.
Sakshi was not asleep yet, so when he leaned on her she felt electricity is passing through her. After they shared that kiss even the small touches started affecting her. She started breathing heavily.
Arjun could hear her unsteady breath and he wanted to touch her so badly. He came closer to her and started to caress her hands then he hugged her around waist and dragged her to his side.
"Sakshi I would like to start our life fresh, that's why I took this vacation. I want to spend some time with you" said Arjun
Sakshi was glad listening to that
"I hope you are ready for that. There were so many ups and downs in my life but after you came in to my life you became a strong pillar of my life. It's difficult to imagine a life without you" said Arjun now caressing her shoulder
"I am glad that you are ready to accept.. Oi Arjun stop tickling me" said Sakshi to Arjun whose fingers are now reaching her neck
"If it starts to tickle even for my small small touches, eventually it will be a big problem.. You know" said Arjun raising his eyebrows
Sakshi blushed and turned her face to the opposite side
"Hmm now that gives me more access to your neck" said Arjun and leaned to kiss her neck but Sakshi suddenly turned to his side to avoid that touch but ended up softly touching his lips by her lips. But she suddenly pulled her face
"Oh Sakshi if you needed one just tell me .. I am ready to give one" said Arjun in a teasing tone.
Sakshi turned to him with a smug look on her face
"Mr ACP I won't let you touch me until you confess! You made me wait so long and don't even think that I will make it easier for you" said Sakshi and smirked
"Not again Sakshi, this is so unfair. You know what my feelings are, then why these games? I can't do these kind of dramas" said Arjun
"Ok then turn to that side and sleep well.. Don't come to my side, good night" said Sakshi and turned to the opposite side
"We will see then. For your information miss publicist, I am not going to confess and you will come after me begging" said Arjun and turned
Sakshi smiled and said to herself " We will see who begs"
