karan simi anjali and arjun...what a bantar...thats called intellegent banter...😳

next comes the flashback of kiran and sameer...sameer the man of few words but great deeds...he was helpless then but what about now...will he help her??

then kiran meeting his daughter again...another parental affectionate story...šŸ‘

Here as promised!šŸ˜†

And what a fantastic ride it has been.šŸ‘šŸ¼

Just how seamlessly you have moved over from Arjun-ETF to Arjun-Lone Ranger. Brilliant.šŸ‘

I wonder why it was so hard for the makers to give us something as plausible as this, something solid a foundation to build the second innings on. It makes sense on so many levels.

Arjun's horror and the subsequent disillusionment at the system he had worshiped and dedicated his life to serve and upheld. His wife and the love of his life was sacrificed at the altars of that very system. Yet it did nothing but swallow down his other family, his team thus cutting off the line that was keeping him sustained, alive and kicking.

Then one by one you smoothly introduced the new players and I applaud you for weaving them beautifully and logically into the story.Each is a bundle of joy yet behind that cheery facade are hidden painful lives and memories. You began the unravelling by Anjali, the only one who manages to break through the tough armour of Arjun and reach and touch the soft heart within.

Her mother Avni, a struggling single mother hit something close to home. I can imagine the daily battle this brave warrior must be waging just to get through the day. Her profession is one which asks too much of those within its service. And to add to that is the care and raising of young girl who also happens to be physically challenged. Kudos to this lady.

To ease some of her struggle the kid is far more mature than others her age and that I am sure must be some comfort to her mother.

I totally get why she must have reservations against her daughter's proximity to an unknown man.My first impression was that she fears just like countless mothers do that Anjali is too close to a man who isn't a relative or a friend of the family. But later I am beginning to feel that given her sordid past with Rathore her mindset may have been coloured that policemen are not to be trusted.

It was Arjun's idea to "use" the family to net Kiran. Is something going to come off this? Will Arjun & Anjali have to drift further apart? Time or rather you will tell as the story progresses.

It was so heartwarming to see the two characters who had made the ETF parting so easy at the time. Karan & Simran. Still love them to bits and they even spoke to me via Twitter while I was typing this out. Some coincidence, eh?šŸ˜†
Loved the lines you gave the threesome for their bickeringšŸ˜†

Then comes your priceless creation, Kiran Joshi.

First of all my compliments for the excellent choice of Avinesh Rekhi to play this layered flawed character. The talented actor is yet to receive his due recognition in the industry. I hope he finds a tough role like this to play on screen soon.

I feel partly sad and partly outraged at this man and his actions.

Monetary necessities may have pushed him to pick up illegal dough here and there but why did he allow himself to be turned into a hardcore killer and criminal, a minion that blindly carries out his fiendish master's every bidding?

Did Avni's love and Anjali's future did not mean anything to him?

And how does he propose to get out of all this alive and uncontaminated enough to carry on his life as her father? Does he really hope to?

But he is not all evil. Some moral anchor, feeble though it may be, still holds on to him.

The shocker of all was he was a witness to the murder of Roshni. He had accompanied Sikander so that makes him an accessory to the deed. How will Arjun take this? Will Anjali come between him and her father?

So many questions...
Eagerly awaiting the next installment.

Very well written.Bravo!āļø

Kiran Joshi decodedšŸ‘šŸ¼ Yes. That must be it. The man is weak. In a moment of weakness he took up that hacking assignment and not knowing his way out of that without harming himself got embroiled deeper into the muck. By the time Sameer Rathore reached his door step he had himself in a royal mess. He felt cornered and like most beings that share his nature very conveniently lay the entire blame at the feet of wife that she was responsible. He has convinced himself that it was her reporting him to the police and not his illegal shenanigans that landed him in this trouble with the law. Makes it easier for him to escape culpability and live with himself.

You are right. If he were so uncaring about his life why not walk away from Sikander and let the chips fall wherever? He wants to survive this all.Self preservation has kicked in and he continues with his immoral activities to keep his head above water.

Sikander being the ever cunning fox has recognised Kiran for what he is turning out to be. A weapon that could easily turn itself onto himself and blast him into smithereens in a blink of an eye.

That is why this salvo has been fired to annihilate the other loose cannon-Arjun Rawte..
A brilliant masterstroke from Sik to get rid of both in one shot.

Hello all... Thank you so much for following Farishtey and getting so involved in it. It was great reading the comments and reviews.

@Bhavna: Kiran was so quick to fall in the traps. More of why and so on will come later. Anjali is a strong chara. after all she is Avni's daughter. Avni is missing these days, but she will be back soon.Kira-Sree meet will come later. thanks dear

@Laila: Sam and babaji ki thullu...šŸ˜† loved it. yes he had a hard reality check that day. But he willbe back soon. thanks a lot for getting to small details. "Home" is not made of many number of the people. I believe its made of those who care for each other. and so it is here.
More of your conclusion cleared in this part.
If you feel like waiting to say a comment over here, I would love it if you could drop a PM to me. It will come so special to me. Thanks again dear. hope you are feeling better.

@Jia @godly affection: thanks a lot. yes it was Sikandar who pulled him out. more to come soon. and yes anjali recognizes her dad.

@sneha @coolrd @rinku: thank you so much

@maha: unres please

@shreya @devangana: thanks a lot

@manali @harsha @samaman:thanks

@aisha: hmm meri Kiran bach gayi. you dont have "such" feelings for him. Still thanks yaar for loving this chara. yup Sree on frame.

@sweetchiily: thanks a lot dear. yes now Anjali knows nothing. but not for long

@Atisha: all points well notted. well done my girl

@skrafty @jundal @greenshakti @kreyas @prachi @megha @zainabhassan @sonam: thanks

@farheen:you are right, I am not going to answer it now.šŸ˜‰ but soon. thats part of my lolipop. yup Kiran took a wrong turn. more to come soon

@yas @miskaiscarlet @swara @nikita: thanks

@shyamal aunty: welcome back mam. You made meall emotional while reading the review. Thanks alot for such a detailed review.
Avni is a chara who is in between a lot of tides. Its hard for her to trust anyone. But then she had to trust Arjun.
Sam and Sree is in a situation where they can neither break the shackles nor hold them But yes, Sree is rising. and its he who will start everything.
Many may think why Kiran stayed in the evil land even after knowing everything. As correctly mentioned by a few, it was his mode of survival. He had taken in the life that had been pushed to him. In his survival he acted as a devil's right hand. He is putting himself in pain as that is his way of punishing himself. and now when the reality check is coming in, he cant stay nor he can go away. His quota of pain is just began and he will need a very strong farishta to go ahead in his path.
I am very happy that you remembered the Sikander whom I had created in Yadein. I truly felt elated that a character made by me is still remebered after these many days and innumerable stories. Thanks again mam.

@little doll: thanks

@rimi: I am very happy that you liked Kiran. He is not evil as such.

@Zuby: welcome to Farishtey. I am very happy that you came in.
I too wish that season 2 have something exciting. If they want a script, I am very glad to give them.šŸ˜‰ I know kuch zyada hogaye na!!
As I said, Avni's role had just started. more to come soon
Arjun's idea was not to "use", but to understand the reason why would have Kiran taken that step.Yes it will have its impact later. Infact every little thing have an impact.
As for Kiran, please read the above bold comment in reply to Shyamala Aunty. Hope it sounds good.

@areesha @hal: thanks a lot

NB: please read the bold comment above. Its a way to let you know how I am characterizing Kiran. Any doubt or comment, please drop in.
