Next Update will up in a while from now. But following updates will take time as I am a bit busy next week. I have not updated any other stories of mine for a long time now. So have to try and update them as well.

Part 10:

Arjun stood rooted to spot shocked and bewildered by the action of the kid. He had never seen this kid before but she called him her father and for the first time in his life he had no idea what needs to be done. What the hell was happening? Saakshi had come to the hall hearing the doorbell and was shocked to see her Shristhi calling Arjun Papa. Meanwhile Shree had also completed the call and come to the place and had witnessed the scene. Saakshi walked angrily towards Shristhi and separated her from Arjun forcefully even though she was reluctant to part from him

Saakshi (Calmly): Shree yeh tum kya kah rahi ho? Yeh kya tarika hai? Kya meine tumme yehi sikaya hai. Aur kisso bhi papa bula kaise sakthi ho?

Shristhi: Tho yeh mere papa nahi hai kya?

Saakshi: Yeh aap ki papa nahi hai. Yeh Arjun hai jo mama ke sath kaam karthe hain.

Shristhi: Tho batavoo na Mama ki mere papa kaun hai? Mere school mein sabake papa hain aur who unhe bahar le jaathe aur sab unke saath vacation per bhi rahthe hai. Sirf mere papa nahi aathe hain? Kyun mama? Kyun? Shree ko bhi papa chahiye mama.

Saakshi: Beta aapke paas tho Mama haina jo aapke mama bhi aur papa bhi hain. Mama aapki har wish pura karthi haina na tho papa ki kya zaroorat hai? Hain na?

Shristhi: Nahi mujhe bhi sabke ki tarah mama aur papa dono chahiye. Aap baatavo na mere papa kaha hain?

Saakshi (With anger): Tumme kitne baar kaha hain tumahara pap kabhi nahi aayenge. Tumhare liye mama aur papa dono mein hi hoon. Itni si baat kyun nahi samaj rahi ho tum? Aaj tho pooch liye aaj ke baad kabhi papa ke mein math poochana. Aab chup chap apni kamare mein jao. Zidd math karo.

Shristhi: Nahi nahi. Mein nahi jaavoongi.Mujhe janana hai mama.

Saakshi had risen her hand to slap Shristhi but controlled her rage and stopped in the midway.

Saakshi: Tho math aur mein Shree se kahkar tumme wapas boarding school mein baej doongi. Tab tumhare yeh boot utar jaayega jab akela rahoogi wahan par.

Shristhi: Mujhe bhi aap ke saath rahna hai mama. Aap bahoot buri hoo isse liye papa humare saath nahi hain.

Saying that she ran outside. Saakshi was shocked to hell as Shree had never previously spoken to her in that manner nor had she lost her temper with her. She had always been kind and calm with her. But today everything had changed probably her anger she was feeling on herself for exposing her weak and vulnerable side in front of him had made her let the frustration on Shristhi. She saw Shree was about to follow Shristhi.

Part 10(Continued):

Saakshi: Shree uske peeche jaane ki koyi zaroorat nahi. Jaise meine kaha jab uske sar se yeh boot utar jaayega woh kud waapas aa jaayegi.

Shree: Par bha.. Mera matlab Saakshi ji agar woh..

Saakshi: Kuch nahi hoga. Woh khud waapas aa jayegi.

Saying this she was about to go to the kitchen when Arjun spoke for the first time after witnessing the whole incident.

Arjun: Tumme usse iss tarah gusse se baat nahi karne chahiye thi woh baachi hain naadan hain. Usse bas thodsi galaath fehmi hogayi thi. Hum usse pyar se bhi samajha sakthe the.

Saakshi lost her cool hearing him advice her how to talk to her daughter,

Saakshi: Mujhe tumse seekhne ki zaroorat nahi ki mujhe apni beti se kaise baath karni chaahiye. Tum yahan mehmaan banker aaye ho tho mehmaan banker rahoge tho teek hoga. Mere personal issues mein taang aadane ki koyi zaroorat nahi ACP Arjun. Samajhe ya Samjhavoon. (To Shree) Tum bahaar hi kyun kade ho andar aane ke liye invitation doon tumme?

Shree came in carrying Shristhi's luggage and went inside her room to place while Saakshi went to the kitchen to continue the work she had been doing prior to this fiasco. Arjun was left to himself after that had happened a while ago. He somehow couldn't accept the fact that Saakshi who was always caring and compassionate could be so rude to her own daughter. He was also shocked to know that she was married and had a five year old daughter who was studying in the boarding school. If at all she was married why was she not wearing mangalsutra or sindoor? Why was Shristhi put in the boarding school when Saakshi could have kept her with herself? Why had she become hyper when the kid had asked her about her father? Were they separated from each other? He was now more than curious to know about her past. There was also another thing that pricked him like thorn, Shree about all these things all along but he was ignorant. She had shared it with Shree and probably Shree knew Shristhi for some time now. He now had a strong thought that they knew each other even before she had joined ETF. Shree also addressed her with at most respect. What was their relationship? Questions in his mind were many answers to which could only be given from Saakshi. But he would not be able to ask her. His thoughts were broken by Shree's voice

Shree: Sir Aap Saakshi ji ki baath ka bura math maniye. Unka woh matlab nahi tha bas woh bahoot stressed hain aajkal. Iss liye aap se aise baat karli.

Arjun just nodded and Saakshi just came with a Coffee tray with snacks and served tea to Arjun and black coffee to Shree. Arjun was amazed to see Shree drinking black coffee as he had never before seen him drink that. Saakshi had prepared pakkodas for snacks and served it to them. They started eating them but they could feel Saakshi's restlessness. She was neither eating snacks nor drinking her tea. She just got up and went up to the garden when she could take no more. It was already nearly 25 minutes after Shristhi had stormed out of the house angrily. She would never be angry with her for such a long time but today she had not returned. So she went to the garden to bring her back. She searched the entire garden and did not find her daughter. She suddenly saw the gates were open and ran through the streets yelling her daughter's name but couldn't find her. She started panicking and ran back to her house. She stormed into house and was sweating profusely and breathing heavily. Arjun saw her and could sense her panic and came near her and placed his hand on her shoulder. She in a reflex hugged him and started crying as the memories of her past came haunting and the fear of losing Shristhi surfaced. He was shocked and so was Shree.

Saaskhi: Meri Shristhi kahin chali gayi. Maine usse bahoot doonda lekin patha nahi kahin hain, Mein uske bina nahi jee sakthi. Agar usse kuch hua tho mein mar jaavoongi. Please Arjun meri bachi ko doondne mein meri madat karo Please.

Saying that she fell on her on her knees and folded her hands before him. He could not bear the sight of her distress. He kneeled down beside her and took her hand in his.

Arjun: Kuch nahi hoga usse. Hum usse doond lenge. Aab rona band karo aur Chalo mere saath.

Saying that he made her stand and all the three of them started out in search of Shristhi.
