I dont even get 30+ likes for some stories even after typing whole 5000+ words of OS.
What should I do then?
People have their problems! If you are contributing something to them, they are also encouraging you!
Demanding means you are forcing them. And there should be a healthy relation b/w reader and writer.
I am not giving any suggestion but, last time I have seen your story crossed almost 23 pages in a single day that to only with prologue.

So respect your readers and their problems too! And if if you still feel anything wrong , then clear your buddy list!

Coz, people here are also for making friends, who understand you! I really didnt get the fact of response to stories and its relation with buddy list!

Hope i am clear with my point.
