Hey all wishing you all a very happy and bright diwali.now its a festive and celebration season so y our arakshi has be left alone .so m just writing this down .now i know i stand no where near talented writers in this forum.still tolerate friends and am ready to take all that rotten eggs and tamater.par phele pad tho le ge yae
hey im doing from mobile already typed twice and coudnt upload.so am bit sad as it lost that original touch
it was diwali eve everyone was in festive mood .after a very long time they got much needed break to celebrate
but for sakshi and arjun it was just like any other day
though ayesha had invited sakshi she denied giving some excuse
Arjun after winding up with his work was above to leave office
he noticed sakshi working office was deserted because of leave.
Though it was not too late .he walked up to her and stood near her desk
sakshi aaj ke din bhi itna kaam .ghar nahin jana hey kya
sakshi almost blurted out anyway who wants to back to go to unwelcomed house
she realised and bit her tounge
Arjun was suprised to hear that from her though he knew she was staying alone
but what mattered to him a lot was her eyes it was soo dull and heavy as though its bearing
a lot of pain
And it did affect him he was not happy to see those two bright sparkling eyesloaded with pain
Arjun offerd her a lift which she accepted more than willingly
They sat in suv. as it started ki sakshi got a call
arjun was suprised to see his ms.publicist face lit up.
He was more than glad.and was wondering who could have called her
sakshi said she was not going home and adked him to drop in st.marks road
Arjun just nodded and all the while wondered who stayed there
suddenly sakshi scrreched stop.
Arjun managed to stop and just glared at her
sakshi knew she shoudnt ve shouted
she gave her sweet smile and said sorry i have to buy something from here.
It was cracker shop.and she came back with two big cardboard boxes
This made Arjun even more restless whom is she going to celebrate with
and then thought how does it matter to him
sakshi came back gave him directions
once they reached the destination.
Arjun was suprised to read it was sneha orphanage
he was relieved a bit and looked at sakshi who was still glued
to her seat.:arjun please tum bhi chalo na .bacche kush ho jayenge
waise bhi ghar ja ke kya karoge.
Arjun was just looking at her ahe made one cute face
which he got to see often and was haooy to see that
he agreed to join.they were greeted by few happy and cheerfull kids
sakshi introduced him as hey acp arjun uncle hain
a sweet little boy came ahead and said tho aap ho who brave uncle
didi ne aapke sacchi kahani sunayi thi.
Arjun looked at sakshi and shared an eyelock
she was suprised because there was no frown noanger or irritation
For the first time sakshi was consiouse under his gaze
she called out the kids to join while ahe was distributing crackers
arjun was made to sit comfortably by staff
he looked at sakshi enjoying and talking with kids
how innocent she is soo simple yet elegant soo angelic
he thought .not that he had not observed her before
but today he was seeing her through his heart not mind
He noticed how she was struggling with a cracker though she lit
she closed her ears and came running only to collide with him and fall
but before she fell he held her by waiste she composed herself by holdi.g on to his shirt
there was intense gaze thier close proximity ,they could feel
the warmth of each other.thier heartbeat was sooo fast they only hoped the other
dint listen
This trance was broken by little boy who came and pulled arjun to join them.
Arjun started to burst crackers taught them safe way og bursting
sakshi was noticing all this from distance she was happy happy for
her love.for the first time she saw her akdu smiling with kids around
he was enjoying playing
She saw a different arjun with no inhibitions no anger face above all she
felt he was devoid of his mask today
Seeing him like this she coudnt hold back her tears
tears of joy and happiness.a.d she knew this diwali was different
she has to make the difference.she has to drive away the darkness from his life
and bring light and put life in this man
It was like as though a new realisation has dawned on her
she was now clear in her mind and heart that she was in love with this man
She was mire than determined to chase away the darkness from his life
Arjun noticed her gaze walked towards her making sakshi consiouse again
but little boy came to her rescue and calked them for dinner.
Arjun was sitting on dinning table with soo many hapoy faces around him
with those who had nobody ib this world who was under the mercy
of kindhearted people.spending time with them did make lit of differnce
after real long time arjyn was happy and was in peace within himself
he was glad his heart felt light .
After they were done they bid goodbye
sweetlittle boy came and thanked him personally with a kiss
and told him he ll become like brave officer
he knelt down and kissed him
he was hapoy that he could spend his time with them.
As they sat in suv they drove towards sakshi house
both were silent but were content in thier heart
They had reached her house and sakshi looked at him
and was sooo pleased to see the softness in his eyes in is gaze
she thought she could just drown in thaose eye
as though this was not enough arjun said thank you sakshi
And she smiled sooo beautifully and said thank you too arjun.
Arjun was just mesmerised by her
before she could leave arjun said happy diwali sakshi .sakshi diya zarror jala dena tumhare ghar ke samne
she nodded and told him tum bhi jala dena.
Arjun just raised his eyebrows and his looks said how can I
sakshi understood and said ok i will come tomorow evening and lite the diyas in your house
they could understand each other silence sooo much better.
Arjun just nooded his head said bye and waited till she disappeared into building
all the time wondering how her smile matters to him.how her safety matters to him.and why he thought why.
For both of them it started as another day but they both ended up making each others day very special
