Part 3

She closed her eyes, and recited Hanuman Chalisa, even if she knew that Arjun wouldn't even hesitate to throw at the hands of that evil spirit, she completely trusted her gods to protect her. she had almost finished the Hanuman Chalisa, when she saw Arjun putting on the radio.

Arjun had been sitting and though he loved silence, he didnt feel like too much silence right now. Taking his eyes off from the road for a mere second, he found Sakshi's eyes closed.

"What the? Was she sleeping just to ignore him! How dare she ignore him!" Arjun thought angrily. He had completely forgotten that it was what he was best at doing himself, and Sakshi was only returning him the favour. So to disturb her, he put on the radio.

Suddenly this music started to fill in the SUV...

Sakshi immediately opened up her eyes and glared at Arjun. Arjun just ignored Sakshi, as if saying he was hardly to be blamed for the song playing. Sakshi searched for another channel, and to her dismay this time this song was playing,

"What the!" Sakshi said. Just what was wrong with the radio nowadays, doesn't they have any other songs to play except those. She stole a look at Arjun, and somehow saw Arjun's lips twitching at a corner. She immediately changed the channel, but to her bad luck, this music was playing...

Sakshi started to blush, and turned to look outside. She didnt think she had any courage to face Arjun at all. While on the other side, Arjun was also dumbstruck on hearing such music. He also was embarrassed and turned to glare at Sakshi for daring to put such on such music. But he found Sakshi deep red in her face and looking outside.

I'm gonna take a little time

A little time to look around me, oooh ooh-ooh ooh-ooh oooh

I've got nowhere left to hide

It looks like love has finally found me

He didnt realise that he had actually been admiring Sakshi's red face while alternately watching his way, till finally the remaining words caught his attention. He stared at Sakshi and found her looking at him also just at that time.

"Nahin!" both shouted. And both reached to switch off the radio at same time, so that their hands touched. Sakshi instantly removed her hand, and looked outside. She heard Arjun's switching off the radio, and took a deep breath of relief. She was shocked at those last words, "It looks like love has finally found me" and couldn't believe how on its own her eyes had look at Arjun. And to imagine Arjun also had been looking at her, "Nahin yeh nahin ho sakta! " She was still confused about her feelings for Arjun, but having the song tell her about it was too much. She decided to play dead till they reached the village. Her poor heart wouldn't be able to take more such shocks.

Arjun also was swearing inside his heart, what was he doing looking at Sakshi! So what if she looked cute when red? That didnt mean he was falling in love with her! Dumb song! He also decided for his sanity to ignore that girl sitting in the SUV.

So the rest of the journey was spent in utter silence. Well at least for the first few hours, when suddenly the SUV started to make some noises and screeched to a stop. Arjun swore loudly this time, while Sakshi looked towards Arjun with a worried face.

"What happened?" Sakshi asked just to break the noise.

"How would i know!" Arjun muttered.

"Then why dont you do something? Go and check what the problem is! Or you think the problem will come towards you by sitting here doing nothing!" Sakshi said angrily, only to see Arjun's hard glare at her. Arjun pondered about whether to reply Sakshi or to ignore her. In the end he preferred ignoring her, and went out to check what was wrong. Still his ego was pretty much hurt considering she had dared order him out. But no worry, revenge was a dish best eaten cold he thought while checking what had happened to the SUV.

Meanwhile Sakshi was staring around, they were on a highway, and no sign of civilisations could be seen. "Kahan phas gayi!" she said to herself, she didnt know which was more frightening Arjun or that evil spirit...

So is the evil spirit gonna make his/her entry in your ss. I would say that no evil spirit can scare the wits out of sakshi like arjun.
As you promised hatke update. Sorry was not able to comment on previous update . That was one brilliant plan to get arakshi together - sending the team to solve another case. Awesome as always. Continue soon.
