Murders Most Brutal

A fantastic start towards the second century of Arjun series! What a heart racing edge of the seat thriller! A race against time for ETF to save youngsters of the city from a horrific, senseless death. That the kids were murdered for no fault of theirs by a person they didnt know was already horrifying but the brutality with which these people lost their lives made the killings all the more blood curdling. But sacrificing his only mentally challenged son in the name of ritual was simply unfathomable.Arjun summed it up all in his last line.If only he had valued the life which was in front of him he could have experienced all the joy this boy could have given him rather than hankering after a woman who was beyond any human intervention.

The episode truly was a fight against superstitions & was focused exclusively on that.Unlike the earlier ritual killing episode which was more of murder for gain case.It was superbly written & directed. And not to mention the stellar cast once again proved their mettle.

The episode was also special because it was jointly solved by my two most favourite characters on the show. What a team Arjun & Aisha made! I was watching them comepletely mesmerised.Reminded me so much of Scully & Mulder of the X Files.

It was a treat episode there was just so much of Arjun aka Shaleen. Nearly every emotion except of course fun was there on his face.Anger, frustration, sorrow, a warm feeling for the boy, adrenalin rush at reeling in the killer, relief at being able to save him.It was a kaliedoscope of a myriad of expressions on our hotties face. How on earth was he looking all the more sleek & hot than ever? Every time he appeared on screen the heart went,"THUD!".And those shirts! That lilac coloured one should be hidden somewhere.I take time to recover everytime he wears them.

It was such a joy to watch Aish for the entire length of the episode. The best for me was her pissed expression at her boss & the sleepy princess one at her home.

The absence of Rathore sent a chill down my spine.Like he left already? If it werent for the precap I couldn't have written such a happy analysis.Everytime Rathore visits Delhi the ChoRee's tummy starts rumbling. They simply are so terrified of the Lion. Shree's line,"Yeh Rathore Sir hamesha Delhi kyun chale jaate hai?" had me laughing for the longest time.🤣

Chotu's deep sigh said it all without him uttering a single word.Happy to see them back again.

But it was Arjun who missed his Rowdy Rathore the most. The way he jumped at both the women spoke volumes! Ruthke humse kabhi jo chale jaoge tum, yeh na socha tha kabhi, itne yaad aaoge tum! 😭😭😭

Liz too played her part well.

What I didnt understand was why didnt Arjun straightaway zero in on the culprit when the father of one of the victims introduced him to someone with so much knowledge of Tantra Vidya. In every murder case its always seen if the victim was known to any suspects. It was concluded that these were ritualistic killings. So when the victim lived in the same building as this professor that itself should have raised red flags.😕

Mr Malhotra as always was droolicious in black in the Suraksha capsule. Thanks for the tip,ACP Rawte!😉

Precap set me thinking if it were another andh vishwaas episode!Cant wait for next week!

Thank you creatives for an immensely enjoyable, lovely evening!Team Arjun rockss!👍🏼

Homicides are brutal, but when they are given a religious or rather ritualistic touch they turn out to be gruesome! 🤢So much in the name of a mere sacrifice! 😡Human life is mortal, it will perish; so what was he need of killing four coming of age kids? Added to that a professor, all knowledgeable, as a killer!!!😕 And above that Rahul a mentally challenged kid too suffered the brunt of this flame! Highly unacceptable. We live in the 21st centaury, claim ourselves to be tech savvy and still end up this retrogressive. Pathetic! We still are a long way from mental freedom. And recent cases of rape, assault and internal conflicts have proven it that we are yet enslaved! I so wish ETF was a reality than fiction!🤔

The story today had a fabulous start; the writing, the narrative and the execution of the entire case was fantastic. ⭐️👏Add to that a stellar cast and we are all set to jump on our couches and applaud! And yes till the end it was about superstition and not been reduced to some other dimension all together.🥱 So yeah that was cool!😎
And may I directly go to drooling now??☺️☺️☺️☺️ Shaleen should be arrested and put behind bars for seriously believe this guy is the reason to global warming! Add to that blue and lilac shirts and I'm all hyperventilating!☺️☺️☺️☺️ Bhagwan bacha le!!!He emoted all minus the fun and looked fabulous while doing it!! Every single time his anger surfaced my eyes were glued even ferociously to the screen. And if that were anything to go by then I'd say Arjun is gearing up for the ultimate showdown. Sikki darling you better watch out!😈
And what on earth am I to say about Aayesha? This lady gives tough competition to every single person in the frame.⭐️👏⭐️👏 Shital has redefined glamour and style and the words "Beauty with Brains." I've said it earlier...I'll say it again she is the ultimate alpha woman on screen. A raw black panther all set to attack.😎 And yes! seeing Arjun and Aayesha together working in sync. I was so reminded of Scully and Muller! These two were fab! I have always said these two can be and should be the best of friends for its only Aayesha who can bring back Sam and Arjun together again! And you too an X-files fan?? Seems we have more in common apart from being pleasantly plum!🤣🤣
And OMG Zuby not seeing Behzaad at the start made my heart bleed.🥺🥺 But thank God he was there in the precap. I sincerely hope and pray that he sticks to the show and continue to rule our hearts forever.❤️
Choree interaction was cool. Whenever the lion is away these guys seem a bit relaxed. For tolerating a hot headed chief is no easy task!
Liz was good although they could have used her presence more, but chalega...waise bhi she gives guest appearances.😆
Overall a nice episode with a strong promise of another fabulous 100!Waiting for next week!👍🏼

Hi, lovely analysis as usual!

Agree with most of your points. But I found that my enjoyment of today's episode suffered on account of the murderer being obvious from the beginning.

And somehow...I felt that the theme could have been handled more properly. Superstitions are quite often a motivator for many people, very true. But I couldn't understand how Arjun's farsightedness went for a ride today- he took help from the killer himself! I agree that our hero can make errors, but they should have made the case more intriguing in my humble opinion. The surprise element was completely missing.

And another important thing -did you notice how the team was grumbling under Arjun's leadership? Everyone was annoyed with him, and rightly so. Makes me think that this is going to be the permanent state of affairs in the ETF after Rathore's exit:( And Chottu's dialogue about Rathore going to Delhi- funny, but also worrisome. Is that some sort of foreshadowing?

So Arjun is going to be the leader and there will be clashes because of his high-handedness? Is that the hint we are supposed to get from today's episode?

The lovely bonding between Chottu and the mentally-challenged boy was so sweet. I love the way they hinted at how a gentle heart is concealed under the garb of a giant😊 The paradox as hinted in his nickname- "
Chottu" continues. I just love nuances like these.

So agree with you here,Shivani! I am sincerely contemplating fleeing this country, the place I love so dearly I somehow survived but I dont think I can raise my kids fearing for their lives & safety every living moment. We really need an ETF to make our way thru this life atleast breathing easily.

Just what it is about him?😕 No chocolate boy looks, no typical hero demeanour but still always,"Thud!Thud!Thud!" Apologies to their fans but I can barely tolerate Ranbir K, Imran Khan or those two students of the year. That's why havent watched a single movie of these. But this man makes me gasp for breath every time he graces the screen And have watched each episode at least 12 times so far😃
And what on earth am I to say about Aayesha? This lady gives tough competition to every single person in the frame.👏 Shital has redefined glamour and style and the words "Beauty with Brains." ha!ha!ha! How I love those two! There is a reason you are here week after week to read my bakwaasiyat!😳
And OMG Zuby not seeing Behzaad at the start made my heart bleed.🥺🥺 But thank God he was there in the precap. I sincerely hope and pray that he sticks to the show and continue to rule our hearts forever.❤️

goodness! man, he's got to come back!

Grrr... feeling cheated today... Forum32 didn't report that Behzaad wont be a part of today's episode, like they did last time 😡😡😡😡😡😡

So no review today...🤢🤢🤢🤢
Just 4 points:
1. There was one more such episode on black magic... Where a eunuch, in a disguise of a lady was running an orphanage and went for ritual to sacrifice 3 kids to attain womanhood. But ETF managed to save the kids in that episode.
2. I was thinking on the same lines as Arjun did but much before he thought of it 😛. I had a doubt on that professor when I saw that mentally challenged boy and when one of the victim's father said that "meri beti apke bte ki hi umra ki thi"... I was sure that this boy's DOB has to be the same 26 July 1996 and may be he was doing it for his son but what it turned out to be was gory 🤢🤢🤢. But 1 thing I didn't understand, I guess that professor's son's name should have been in the list but choose to ignore. May be he was born in some other city 😉
3. Arjun: Kamaal hai!!!!! is office mein aur bhi log hai jo mere kaam karne ke tareeke se waaqif nahi ...Jab tak Rathod seminar se wapas nahi aata, kam se kam tum dono... uski jagah poori karne ki koshish to kar rahi ho...aise mein mera dimag bhi tez chalta hai"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Poor team "Zakhmi Sher ki Chhatra-Chhaya" mein thi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
4. You have mentioned that one of the victim lived in same society. But I guess that was not the case. The victim's father's friend and the professor lived in same society. He mentioned it to his friend and friend took him to this professor.

@Amri

thanks for the comments,Amri!😊

Agree! I too thought okay it s a why & how rather than a who episode when I saw the killer chatting up his friend. But when his own son seemed marked for killing I thought no, that can't be! Then when the drawings matched ( I forgot but what was that about those chalk marks?) I was doubly shocked.I think this yo yo ride is what the makers intended.

Agree again as I mentioned in my post.It was a gaffe on Arjun's part not to see rightaway that this man could be his suspect.Maybe his highly educated stature dented his thinking. The man was a professor after all!
