The Cvs r showing arakshi and raesha scenes cz arjun might end in august as der contract expires and dey havent fot a renewance notice. So dey have to show de romance...cz we only have 6-7 more epi...unless de conract is re newed

Time to pray…all Arjun fans!!!
The fate of the above immensely popular Star Plus weekend show hangs like a pumpkin…somewhere midair.
Reason? Well, the show's contract with the channel ends in August (2013) and the maker (4 Lion Films) has not got any word from the broadcaster pertaining to its extension or need be, closure.
"Arjun completes a year on 11 August and that is also the day when the contract with the channel expires. Ideally by now, we should have started working on the extension but that is not the case right now. So the fate of Arjun remains uncertain," said a source.
Another source went on to add that channel is not very happy with the show's numbers. Hence, in most likelihood they will pull it off-air but if at all that happens, the decision is yet to reach the production house.
We also hear that the creatives of Arjun wanted to go the Shapath way by getting in supernatural or heroic stories to better the numbers but the channel did not give them a heads up on that either.
When contacted, Producer Gorky said, "We have no information on the show going off-air. We are shooting as usual. And yes, we would love to bring in different stories on the show." However, he refused to comment any further.
Shaleen Malhotra aka Arjun on the other hand said, "Right from day one, I have been hearing stories of Arjun going off-air. I don't really buy them anymore. All I can say is that I am still shooting for it."
