who is now better known as our most talented ETF Chief

ACP Sameer Damsingh Rathore

A man who in no time grabbed so many attractions towards him. He is also referred as the 'Rowdy Rathore' ,, for his no non-sense Rowdy attitude in his show Arjun. We can easily see his versatility as an actor from his shows; in Geet he played the role of a (most hated)villain of the show, where as in Arjun he is the cop whom every city needs. Making people fall in love with him; who once used to hate him the most; is not at all difficult for him... , its his 'Baaye haath ka khel'.. (and the example is me 😆)

For the past ten months you have seen him as ACP Rathore, however his first show on TV was with Doordarshan a supernatural thriller called Yeh Hawayein where he played the lead role. He is a versatile actor who has played Noor Khan in Veer Shivaji on Colors TV, the chief commander of muslim artillery unit of Shivaji and was a confidante to him as well. His perhaps most celebrated role was on Star One as Brij Handa in Geet ' Hui Sabse Parayi. Opening the show with a talwar who kills a girl in cold blood was a contrast to protective brother who was stern.

In reel, he is famous as the angry young man... or u can say anger is his synonym. But in real life, Behzaad is a fun-loving person, who always tries to make people around him laugh. If you are with him, then you cant resist yourself from laughing on his sarcasm. He is calm and composed in real life and the type of a person who is always a fun to be around...

Behzaad (born on 28th February, 1981) is a well groomed guy who respects women and likes all the attention from the fairer sex. He is very much a family person and is closest to his mother. He has a big family and are seven siblings, three brothers and four sisters. And no wonder, he is a super cool brother to his sisters (very much unlike his character in Geet).
Besides Television, he has been part of creative and production team with Infinity Films and an active member in theatre both producing and directing plays which remains his passion. He takes break from TV to hone his acting skills ever so often. All this one can know about Behzaad Khan through internet, nothing new here.

He can solve mathematical puzzles in few minutes, the type which are part of MBA entrance exams. We had given him once in between shots and his intelligence and quick thinking showed through. And he is modest about it.

Many of you may not know this but he is one of the most chivalrous men around. A thorough gentleman, He gives his chair when a lady is near by. He asks them if they have eaten and then very readily orders food. We have seen this happen not once but many a times. He is soft spoken and courteous. We have yet to see him speak even his famous "Damn It!" in front of ladies. His respect for people is immense, he speaks even to the spot boy with a "Baba" with affection that is genuine. Does he get angry? Only when something has really gone wrong. And one can expect a few choice words delivered not with a bark, but there would definitely be a sting. He gets angry if something happens to his car, a small scratch while backing up due to a security guy not guiding him properly had upset him.

His camaraderie with Shaleen Malhotra, who plays Arjun, is amazing. The way they discuss their lines, what scene is coming up next shows a friendship that has grown. His camaraderie with co-star Shaleen Malhotra is such that on-screen friendship is visible off-screen too. They share a make -up room on the set and during lunch, the talks they have are one of enhancing each other's performances, working out and masti. They usually ride together in his car to and fro set .

One can hear him say, "I am going to add this line here, as Rathore would say this." That is Behzaad Khan. As handsome he is to look at the person within is equally or even more so beautiful.The bonhomie with the rest of the cast, the way he lounges in a chair nearby as he waits for the shot along with other artists is something one should not miss.

Behzaad Khan, the cool suave man who is as involved in the character he plays as the people who have created it and that is what makes him ACP Sameer Rathore of Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek
