U will get to know abt why Arjun doesnt want any kids in the 3rd chapter.

Ch 2.

**Scene changes to Dr.Khanna's clinic**

Ayesha and Riya both go inside.They greet the doctor.The doctor requested them to sit.
Dr.Khanna:So,Ayesha?How are you?Ayra kaisi hai?
Ayesha: Main bhi thik hu aur Ayra bhi.Doctor,yeh Riya hai.My best friend and colleague,in ETF.
Doctor: Hello,Mrs.Rawte.Tell me what happened?
Riya: Woh... Woh..
Doctor:Ghabrao mat,Riya.Bolo kya hua?
Riya: Doc,mujhe kuch dino se bohut ajeeb mehsoos horahi hai.Ultiyaa aana,chakkar aana.I thought,ki,garmi ke karan horaha hai,par,last kuch dino se bohut zyada horaha hai.
Doctor: Hmm.Aao,tumhara check up kardu.
Riya nodded in a YES.
Riya looked at Ayesha and Ayesha asked her to go with the Doc.
Riya goes inside the check up room with the Doc.

*After a while*
The Doc and Riya comes out of the check up room.The Doc was all smiles.Riya and Ayesha were plain confused.
Ayesha: Doc,Riya thik toh hai na?Kya hua hai usse?
Riya gets tensed up.She sweats profusely.She starts biting her nails and doing silent prayers to Durga Maa and Ganpati Bappa.
Then,the Doc,thought of breaking the news.
Doc: Ayesha,ek khush khabri hai.Riya is 2 and a 1/2 months pregnant.Riya maa banne wali hai.
Ayesha was so happy to hear the news.Tears of happiness formed in her eyes.Riya,still couldnt believe her ears.Did she hear the right thing?
Riya took the hands of the Doc in her and asked in curiosity,"Kya main sacchi?"
Doc: Haan,Riya.Tum Maa banne wali ho.Congratulations,Riya,and,
congrats,Ayesha.Take very good care of yourself and dont stress yourself.Heavy work not allowed,ok.
Riya nodded in a YES,like an obedient student.
Doc: Bas,ek confirmation ke liye test karwa lo.Yeh lo Riya,ur prescription.All the best and Congrats,again.
Riya: Thank you,Doc.

Riya and Ayesha come out of the Doc's cabin.
Ayesha:Finally... Ri,tum Maa banne wali ho.Congrats,dear.Bhagwaan tumhe har ek khushi de jiski tum haqdaar ho.Aise waqt mein koi stress lena bhi maat.Aaj hi main Sameer se kehlwake tumahre liye ek secretary appoint karwati hu.So,Arjun ko batana nahi chahogi?
As Ayesha was about to take outher phone and dial Arjun's number,Riya stopped her from doing that.
Riya(with tears in her eyes):Arjun ko batana maat.
Ayesha was hell worried for her.She took her palms in her and asked,"Kyun,Riya? Arjun ka haq hai."
Riya(finally decided to tell the truth,tears in her eyes):Ayesha,agar sach mein Arjun ka haq hai yeh baat janne ki,then,woh bacche se nafrat kyun karte hai?Woh ek baccha kyun nahi chahte hai?
Ayesha was shocked.She didnt understand what Riya said.
Ayesha: Baat kya hai?Saaf saaf bolo?Arjun ne kuch kaha kya?
Riya(finally breaking down and hugging Ayesha tightly): Arjun ko mujhse koi baccha nahi chahiye,Ayesha.He doesnt want any baby.
Ayesha was hell shocked after hearing this.Nowmshe finally understood,why Riya's mood was bad since morning.
Ayesha: Par,kyun,Riya?tumne Arjun se pucha?
Riya(trying to control her sobs): Pucha bhi Arjun se,par,woh koi jawab nahi dete hai.Jab bhi yeh baat puchti hu,toh,mujhpe bohut gussa karte hai aur bharak jaate hai.Pata nahi Ayesha,main kya karu? Kaise unhe yeh sab batau ki Arjun papa banne wale hai? Woh toh sunte hi mujhe...
Riya again broke down..
Ayesha understood her feelings and her dilemma.Riya was,indeed,going through a lot.
Riya(trying to control her sobs):Ayesha,bacche toh Bhagwaan ke hi rup hote hai,toh,Arjun ko bacche se itni chhir kyun hai? Meri bhi iccha thhi,ki,main Maa banu,tumhari tarha,par tabhi mujhe Arjun ki kahi hui baato ki yaad aajati hai.Takleef hota hai Ayesha,ki,Arjun koi baccha nahi chahte hai,although,humare shaadi ko 2 saal pure ho chuke hai.
Ayesha(patting Riya's back):Tum chinta maat karo,Riya.Aisi halat mein tumhe koi stress nahi lena chahiye.Main Sam se kehti hu.Shayad,Sam ki baat Arjun maan jaaye.
Riya: Kya Arjun khush honge meri Maa banne wali baat ko leke? Kya woh mujhe abortion karwane keliye kahenge?
Ayesha: Riya... Aisi ashubh baatein maat karo.Tum apne khoon ko janam dogi.Its all us,jinhe itna dard sehen karna parta hai.9 mahine dard sehne parte hai.9 mahine baad,jab baccha payda hota hai aur jab ek Maa apne bacche ko apni goud mein leti hai,uss khubsurat ehsaas ki baat hi alag hai.Sahi kehte hai log,ki,"Duniya ke saare sukh alag,aur,Maa banne ka sukh alag".Dont worry,Riya.Main hu tumhare saath.Maasa ko bolti hu.After all,woh bhi dusri baar Dadisaa banne wali hai.
Riya chuckled after hearing this and blushed.
Ayesha took the opportunity to tease her.
Ayesha: Aye Haaye... Koi toh bohut sharma rahi hai. Always smile like that and be happy,all the time.
Riya: Koshish karungi,Ayesha.
Ayesha: Hmm... Chalo,test karwa lete hai.Reports adhe ghante mein mil jayegi.
Riya: Ok.

Riya gets the tests done and after,half an hour,collects the report.The report is Positive.She thanks to her Maa Durga and Ganpati Bappa for blessing her with such a beautiful gift,"THE FEELING OF BEING A MOTHER".

After taking the reports,Ayesha and Riya left the hospital.On the way,Ayesha explained her the do's and dont's in pregnancy.
