He walked through the entrance'.the lift'

He still remembered how she would always chatter with everyone.and how annoyed he was everytime.

He chuckled, and went inside. Its like her scent is still here in the air.

The lift stopped at the 3^rd floor, and he stepped out.he stopped for a moment in the door, then he went inside.

The first thing he saw was the conference table'.many heated arguments had taken place in here.how he and sam had argued over cases and how pissed off was both of them afterwards still flashed in his mind.

He sat in the chair..the usual seat he would take place.he looked around'..nothings changed.only he was absent from this place.

His eyes stopped on the big picture'.picture of the ETF team taken years ago.

There he is, detached and angry looking as always'far from everyone!

Shree'holding Chotu by neck'friendly as always. And Chotu, smiling like there was no tomorrow!

There sameer was, smiling at his team'.he was just like a big brother for all the juniors.he had such a unique relation with the whole team, that Arjun lacked.actually he never bothered.and when he realized, he missed the most important person.

His eyes found her at last'.maybe he was avoiding her. But it was impossible to avoid MISS RIYA MUKHERJEE. Her beauty, her smile, her sparkling eyes'how can anyone in their senses avoid her?

There she was, standing in the middle, laughing with the rest of team'so happy.

That pic was so lively, like she will come out this moment. And he will hear her again.

Arjun got up from his seat and touched the pic'.her cheek.like he can still feel her.

''I am back. But you are not here.i guess I am late.'' He whispered, and his small voice echoed in the room.

After her death, he lost all his focus, concentration'to be precise, desire to be in here. And may be god had finally pitied him, as they tracked Sikandar. The team get a hold of them, and send him to jail, as he held too information and they had not any permission to kill him.

With that, the last reason for him staying was gone. Now he was a free person. But his heart was lost somewhere. His heart was gone the moment she breathed her last.

He went away, hoping that he will live now'survive now'.but each day was more difficult to pass.he felt so suffocated.it was worse than suicide.but he was not a coward to die, so he tried to live.there was no reason to live.

His mind refused to believe that all is end.somewhere he still feel that he have to come back, for the last time may be'.but for what? His target is fulfilled, now what is left?

He confusingly looked at her in the pic'.the smile was confusing him more'like some secret he can never solve.

''its too difficult'u know'.but something is telling me that '' in ur words'.picture abhi baki hain'.'' He chuckled and looked again to her pic.

''kuch to baki hain.'' He smiled, pain was evident'but he was determined.

Choree were sitting outside the comfy couches of ICU. They were in no mood for talking, but there mind was busy thinking what happened today.

''humne isse bheja tha.'' The old lady answered.

''par kyu khala? Agar who pakda jata to?'' the girl said.

''kyuki hum ACP Rathore ko marna chahte the. Ussiki wajehse humara beta ab salakhon ke peeche hain.hum use nahi chodenge. ''

The girl sighed. It was impossible to make her understand anything.

''suna hain ki uska koi sathi bhi agaya hain'.acha hain'marne ke baad kandha dene mein asani hogi.'' Khala said smirking.

''aisa kuch bhi nahi hoga.'' The girl said determined.

''tum humari taraf ho ya unn ETF walon ki taraf se?'' khala demended.

''main aplogon ke saath hoon, issiliye to yahan hoo. Aap ko mujhpar yakeen kyu nahi hain khala?'' the girl argued.

''to tum mujhe apna kaam kyu nahi karne de rahi ho?'' the old lady shouted.

''kyuki aisa karna humari mission ke liye khatarnak ho sakta hain. Humein CM ki beti mil chuki hain. Ab humein agey ke plan ko anjaam dena hoga.'' The girl said in a determined voice.

''rihanna'.tum humein mat sikhao ke humein kya karna hain.'' Khala clearly didn't like her orders.

''agey se aap aisa kuch na kare to behtar hoga. Allah hafiz.'' Saying this, she stormed out of the room.

''main bhi dekhti hoon tum mujhe kaise rokti ho?'' Khala glared at her retreating back.

''aisa kaise ho sakta hain ki who tum logon ko nahi mili? She landed there.'' Saakshi hurriedly said as she sat on the comfy seats of the business class of boeing 747

''mam, humne sab jagah dhoond liya hain. Liza madam ayi hi nahi.'' The guard answered.

''I don't care. Dhoondo use ASAP. I am coming too.'' Saying this, she shut her phone.she tipped the bridge of her nose, and fresh tears made their way.

''idiot'agar kuch ho gaya na to''' her voice choked.she closed her eyes as the flight started to move on the runway.

''I need a favour.'' Sameer requested to Arjun.

2 days after that horrible incident, Sameer finally conscious now. Aisha was happy more than anything. She was smiling through tears.

He was surprised to find Arjun there. But he was more happy with this.and now he is asking for a favour.

''what?'' Arjun asked.

Aisha left them two in the room, as she felt it was some private talks. Rathore obliged but she insists. Now they were only person left in the room.

''CM sir ke orders the'mujhe unke betiyon ki security ke pura intezam karna tha. But this'.. '' he looked at the wound in his stomach.

''pls, kya tum mere behalf par wahan ja paoge? As soon as I get out of here, I will take over.''

Arjun smirked, ''ab Rathore tumne ladkiyon ke bodyguard ka kaam karna bhi suru kar diya hain?''

Rathore smiled too.'' Aisa kuch bhi nahi hain.its really serious.un logon par constantly kuch logon ke nazar hain.so he asked me.''

Arjun nodded.'' Fine. I will meet him today.''

''thank you.'' Sameer was relieved.

Arjun was shocked what just he heard now. He was standing in the private study of CM, with him and his daughter, Saakshi.

They told him that Liza, his younger daughter , is missing from 2 days. She came back from USA and was abducted from Airport.

''yeh uska koi stupid prank nahi hain.i am sure of that. Who at least mujhe to call karti na.'' Saaakshi said as Arjun said maybe it was her plan to avoid security.

''par ab tak koi ransom call kyu nahi aya?'' CM was worried and confused too.

Suddenly, the landline rang.Saakshi hurriedly pick the call.and was utterly disappointed.

''apke liye hain.'' She handed it over to Arjun.

He was shocked. Only he and Rathore knew he was here. So how can someone call for him here? And why didn't call in cell?

''hello?'' he asked.

''ACP Arjun''' the voice said.

Something happened in his heart'.he don't know what.

''yes.''

''well, aapko ab tak to pata chal hi chukka hoga ki Liza Anand is kidnapped.''the lady voice said.

''yes. But I will find her.'' He said determined.

''I will give u advice to focus on big things.'' The lady said.

''and who are you to give me advice?''

''your well wisher.''

''and why are you giving this?''

''becoz we both want the good of this country. Trust me ACP, you should focus on big things now.many things will happen in next few days, be careful.'' The lady hung up.

Arjun was sure now there is more to this all what meets the eye.he got up without saying anything and went outside the house.

''shree, immediately come in CM sir's house. You have to track all the telephone and mobile phone. And don't forget to get the info about all the security guards.''

The police officer in him was back. He sensed something big behind all this.
