Chapter-8
All the while in ride Arjun was watching riya's each n every gesture n antics.. He was overwhelmed by seeing her back to her usual self.. He had seen her during mission how mature she had grown.. The usual carefree riya was replaced by a tough cop.. She had proved herself in every point whenever he questioned her capabilities n he had appreciated her silently.. But never voiced it fearing she will read more into it but he knew she could read through him n always give him her dimpled smile as if hearing his heart voice.. He was not surprised to see her heartily talking to new members whom she hardly knew.. She always know how to win everyone hearts.. That's why he couldn't stop himself to fall for her.. The wall he created around his heart melted by her care, silent companionship, her non-stop talking, her innocent questions, her each n every action made him bow in surrender to love which he thought was impossible but she made it possible.. When she heard herself was introducing herself he got confused as she addressed herself as research specialist thi.. What did she mean by that?? He said to himself 'kuch toh chut raha hai..' but he remembered commissioner words on the arrival day.. That means something has changed but what he couldn't pin point it.. When she talked about her mission he felt proud that she never let him down.. She does every work to prove her phrase, 'hamesha apki jeet hogi' n she didn't disappointed him.. When he heard her teasing sam n ayesha he could imagine their reaction.. He was enjoying the conversation n laughed seeing her drama.. He didn't mind catching him laughing as he was used to now to their expression seeing change in him.. She had called him Arjun many times which she didn't realize nor others but he felt name different from her mouth.. When all went home arjun n sam were left alone.. They had dinner together n talked about their life n what they missed when arjun was away.. They talked for few minutes n went to their own places.. When arjun reached his house he text riya, 'hey reached home n had dinner with sam n what about u?' to which she replied, 'just had dinner heading to bed..' they text each other upto 12 o'clock.. N bid good night n slept for new day in office..
Sam as always was before time.. Riya did her usual chores n wore her previous dresses n went to commissioner office to give resume letter.. She came with commissioner to etf office.. Commissioner hand over official joining letter to sam n went away nodding to riya.. After he went sam was about to open it when sh requested him to do it in front of others as it is surprise for all n he obliged to her.. All one by one came to office n were surprised to see already there in different attire than what she wore yesterday.. Girls were confused to see her this look.. She had a simple look but looking stunning as well.. She carried herself confidently in every attire she wore.. Choree were smiling at her n shook their head thinking 'yeh kavi nahi badal sakti' n hugged her.. Now it was time to announce her letter so she gestured sam to read it.. When sam read it he had a proud smile on his face.. He passed it to Arjun who got curious that made sam smile.. He read it n re-read it n the smile got bigger n bigger seeing the content in it.. He said 'guyz ab tum log ko apne senior ka welcome aur friend ka welcome karna padega' which confused them.. As if reading their mind arjun said 'ab riya sirf research specialist hi nahi encounter specialist vi appoint ki gayi hai.. Toh celebration toh banta hai..' to choree.. Who were shocked as well as overwhelmed.. N girls were also happy n the gave her hug which soon became team hug.. Riya thanked arjun through her eyes n he blinked his eyes indicating she deserved it.. They had a brief eye lock which was interrupted by shree as he wanted to know how this all happened to which she said 'coffee pitey pitey baat karte hai' n she went to make coffee for all n chai for Arjun which she had learned to make as per his taste n for her also without sugar n gave to all n when she gave him his chai he took a sip n nod at her means perfect.. This was not unnoticed by all but remained quiet n thought to clear later..

Riya started her story after having coffee.. Here it is.. 'actually jab humne woh pathan lala ka case solve kiya tha toh kuch log humare hath nahi lage aur wo log arjun ko waha dekh k hairan ho gaye the.. Unko laga woh kavi wapas nahi
aenge jo vi kuch huwa unke sath us k baad.. Woh log waha se vhag gaye the aur unhone sikander ko join kar liya tha.. Jiski wajah se usko pata chal gaya arjun yaha wapas apna badla lene aye hai.. Kuch dino se mujhe mehsoos ho raha tha jaise hume koi follow kar raha hai.. Maine pehle utna dhyan nahi diya magar jab hum woh paiso wala case solve kar raha the tab mujhe goli lagi thi mere gun na chala pane ki wajah se tab maine van k mirror se kisiko dekha tha hum par nazar rakhte hue jiski sakal pathan k ek admi se milti thi.. Woh sikander ko humare bare mein sare information de raha tha.. Us waqt main sabse badi weakness thi team ki.. Maine yeh baat arjun ko batayi aur humne usse hum jo uss k malik tak pahauchana chahte the woh hum karte the.. Humara plan kamyab hone jaa raha tha par tavi hume sikander ka link mila.. Woh kuch bada karne wala hai woh vi delhi main.. Main training le rahi thi apni darr ko kabu karne k liye.. jo terrorist attack hue the jisme pehli baar maine shoot kiya woh wahi admi ka veja hua tha.. Hume lead milti gayi aur plan bana rahe the tavi jab hum wapas jane wale the hum par humla hua.. Hum bach gaye aur humne uss humlawar ko pakda aur interrogation k baad pata chala k is k piche sikander ka hath hai.. Hum chup chap kam karte.. Issliye hum kavi office main hi rehte the.. Tab humne plan kiya.. Ki hum attention mere upar se divert kare.. Tavi humare pass x-zora2 ka case aya aur kya hua aap jante hai par humne woh mera ball ko nigalna plan nahi tha.. Humne uska solution dhund liya tha. Tavi maine arjun ko signal kiya ye hi mauka hai plan execute karne ka.. Aur woh natak kiya.. Hume body ka arrangement karna pada bohut muskil tha tavi lavanya kashyap ko laya gaya.. Uska major accident hua tha bachna muskil tha aur we had same face.. Hum chauk gaye how was that possible aur she couldn't survive.. Humne uske parents ko convince kiya k yeh desh ka sawal hai aur woh maan gaye.. Woh body asli thi..
Humne beds exchange kiye.. Tavi room main ek admi aya confirm karne main jinda hu ya nahi.. Doctors ko humne apne confidence mein liya.. Solution ka asar hone mein 12 ghanta laga aur recovery mein 2 mahine.. Tavi pata chala jis event k dauran woh deal hone wale the us fashion show mein lavanya shows topper hai.. Fir mere training shuru hui.. Aur 6 mahine k kaam k baad humne sikander ko track down kiya aur baki sab jante hai.. Uss bich kayi deals ko humne roka taki sikander bahar aye aur wahi hua..' all had tears seeing how she managed to do it all. How selfless she was to loose her identity n even not once hesitated to declare herself dead to the world for her country.. They felt proud to have her as a team mate..
Arjun had gone to the memory lane of their past.. How much they had gone through to succeed.. How he had been mere spectator n couldn't stop her to take that big step.. He had seen all the 3 person break down in her absence but had to mask it under his 'i-don't-care' mask.. When he went to his place he will cry.. N now all was cleared.. He thinks 'whoever wrote those phrase wrote it was correct to him in this situation 'all's well that ends well' n he could see it,. Sakshi saw love in arjun's eyes but it was not for her but riya.. She felt ache in her heart n she saw same intensity in riya's eye as well.. She knew who would try to come between them will be a fool.. She so wanted to be the one who will be loved, cared n appreciated by arjun but alas bad luck.. She wished she had been with Arjun in place of riya.. Then choree observed that riya called Arjun by name as if she was used to to it now n gave teasing smile to her n she became alert now.. She now understood the reason of that smile n bite her tongue n helplessly signalled sam n arjun for help.. First duo didn't understand n when they knew the cause.. They showed hands up means m not into it.. She gave them angry glare n prepared herself for teasing session with grumpy face n duo know it meant trouble for them..
