@Aliya dear I don't get your point.you want CVS to focus on only arjun...how does he get breakthroughs when Shree helps him...how does he know where kidnapping is going or what is brewing in city if chotu doesn't use his informers...would he have known how those workers got killed if liza hadn't informed him about that chemical...
and if rathore would not be there arjun would have killed every other suspect and till he would have been suspended...All do their part of work and at the end arjun connects the dots...n presents the criminal...
