Yes you can, that's how I do the caps for the show.

If you go in file it will give you option to open or import. If you go in import click on video frames which will then give you option to pick the specific time fram. If you choose over 500 frames it will tell you.

Also make sure to click on selected frames, that will save you the headache of deleting unwatned frames.
