Yes you have, and in full measure.

The portrayal of Arjun's undiminished agony, haunted as he is by the memories of the beloved wife, whose murder he was unable to prevent, rings true in every word. In that sense, you have succeeded. Your choice of songs is also impeccable.

This said, I feel that the time has come to let Roshni's soul rest in peace. Let us have no more harrowing descriptions of the knife being driven again and again into her body as Arjun flails around in impotent rage and anguish. It serves no purpose, and at least for me, it makes me sick, and totally reluctant to read any more such accounts of Roshni's end.

Let us move on to happier times and more of the real work of the ETF, which is crime solving. This never seems to feature other than in passing in 90% of the fan fiction in this forum.Maybe the time has come to change that.

but for me Arni not only means pure love but a cruel and painful ending...

and since it was the first time i was writing on them , i couldnt stop myself to try and portray the real feelings anyone in Arjun's place must be going through...

but this done now, i'll be back to my other more livelier stories😉
