CHAPTER 3

rathore was the first one to come out of shock "what are you sure sir? i mean there's a huge difference in today's acp raute and yesterday's acp raute..."

commissioner : yes I am sure he will prove very valuable to etf and both of you together only can nail sikander, he will be joining you all as the 2nd in command

rathore looking a little lost and a bit disturbed said "okay sir, if you think that it is best for etf, then we are okay with it."
just then arjun enters the cabin...
rathore looking at arjun

rarthore :welcome to the team ar... raute hope you will work as a team and not as an individual.
arjun just nods at him and moves to the right to stand...
commissioner : ab mai chalta hoon rathore isko sbse introduce krwa do and show him his cabin also...
rathore : yes sir...!!

everyone :jai hind sir and salutes him
commissioner : jai hind ( he left )
rathore : chotu go and raute ko unka cabin dikha do and i want everyone in the conference room in 10 min clear...
and he moves out...

arjun is just stepping out of the office with chottu when he hears riya mumbling something to herself
riya talking to herself " fish, jiska darr tha wahi hua riya, pta nahi ye akdu kya karwayega gin gin ke badle lega tujhse tu to gai kaam se.

kya kaha tumne kon kaha gya? riya? right? said arjun
riya : umm r...right sir ... maine... maine to kuch bhi nai kaha sir... aapko kya sunai diya sir?
arjun just walks away glaring at her...!!!

riya : ufff bach gai... warna abhi teri ETF life shuru hone se pehle hi khatam ho jaati , beta riya bach ke rehna padega inse...
inko to sab kuch sunai de jaata hai chahe tum kitna dheere baat kar lo...!!!

sher se bhi tez kaan hai inke...!!!
ab hmara kya hoga...!!!
shree : kya riya kisse baatien kar rahi hai? chalna nahi hai kya? agar late ho gaye na to wo dono hume kha jaynge chal...
riya : haan sree chalo ...

in the conference room
everyone is sitting...!!! chotu shree and riya are sitting together talking...!!! actually only shree is talking and riya and chotu just nodding at him... he is talking about latest softwares and gadgets in which both are not that interested so both are just nodding their heads while shree oblivious to all things is just rambling about his softwares and gadgets

just then rathore and arjun enters...!!!
arjun takes the seat at the opposite end facing rathore...
rathore : team we have a new case... a body of a women is found at the park... a guy found her body while he was jogging... she was stabbed, her family has been informed, we have to find the murderer at any cost so lets go...
all leaves...!!!

arjun rathore and riya in one SUV and chotu and shree in other...
they reach the crime spot...
shree is clicking pictures, chotu is talking to the guy who found the body...!!

sameer : pata chala kon hai ye woman?
constable : han saheb, inka naam reena varma hai... ek ngo chalati hai...!!! women ke against cruelity ko leke... kafi bade bade logo se panga liya hai..
arjun : agar kafi bade logo se panga lia hai to zahir si baat hai kafi dushman bhi honge inke...

riya pata lagao kis kis logo ko inke murder se profit ho skta hai... aur kitne logo se iski dushmani thi...
riya : yes sir
rathore : aur inke gharwale? unko to inform kar diya hai na? wo aaye nahi aab tak?

constable : han saab bas aate hi honge... are ye lo saab aagye wo hai unka pati ramesh varma... businessman hai...
ramesh : ye kya ho gya...!!!! ye kaise hua? plz sir uske khooni ko dhundiye...!!! mai usse chodunga nai...!!! usne hamari hasti khelti zindagi barbaad kar di..!!
arjun : dekhiye hum samajh sakte hain aap pe kya beet rahi hai... sambhaliye apne aap ko

ramesh : kaise sambhalu, aur aap kya jaane ki wife ko khone ka matlab kya hota hai... aapke liye to ye roz ka khel hai... bas ek laash hai jiski mystery apko slove karni hai...

arjun just clenched his fist and remembered her.. his life...!! without her he couldn't even think of living yet now he was living...
arjun in his mind : zindagi bhi kaise mukam pe laake khada kar deti hai insaan ko jahan na jeene ka zariya hota hai na marne ka...!!!

he closes his eyes and sees her smiling , humming a tune, preparing food, laughing suddenly pictures changes he sees her going away and a scream enters his ears... a scream that he can never forget...!! scream that doesn't let him rest, doesn't let him sleep...!!

rathore sees towards arjun...!!! and feels a pang of hurt in his heart...!! and feels helpless...!!!
he thinks " kash arjun, uss waqt tumne mujhe khud se dur na kia hota, kyun tum sabse dur chale gaye kyu, kya tumhe ek baar bhi apne gharwalo ki apne dost ki yaad nahi aayi... kyun tum hume apne dukh mai shamil nahi kiya... kyun aise apne aap ko takleef pahunchate rehte ho ...

suddenly riya comes and both snap out their trance...!!!
arjun and rathore together : han bolo, both looks at each other turns away...

arjun : han bolo riya kuch mila tumhe?
riya in her mind ( kya frequency hai dono ki impressive but ye dono ek dusre ko aise kyun dekh rahe the kuch to gadbad hai)
riya : woh han sir actually haal hi maib inho ne ek bohat bade mission ko anjaam diya tha...!!! jisse kafi log inke piche the...!!! unmai se koi bhi ho skta hai...!!! maine shree chotu ko bol diya hai... wo unko investigation ke liye office bula rahe hain
rathore : theak hai guys... lets go...

and says to the constable : inki body ko autopsy ke liye bhijwa do ...
and etf leaves from there...!!!
everyone is in the conference room discussing about the case and the possoble motive and the murderer...!!
rathore : dammit... ab tak jitne bhi suspects hai un sab ke pas alibi hai...!!! ab kya karein.

arjun : kuch to choot raha hai rathore... maybe hum galat track pe jaa rahe hain rathore... ho sakta hai ye kaam kisi andar ke aadmi ka ho...

riya : yes sir ankodon ke hisab se 75% cases mai criminal bharose ka aadmi hota hai...!!! jispe kabhi shaq jaa bhi nai skta...!!!

rathore : to guys socho... collect everyone's detail who was working with her... wo kab kisse kaha milne gaye everything... ho na ho the murderer was someone whom she knew or trusted...!!
okay team we have been working on it for a long time lets take a break and be here in 15 min...

riya : yaar ye case itna bhi simple nahi jitna lag raha ta...
chottu : han yaar...!!! meko to bhookh lag aayi
shree : chottu teko bhookh kab nahi lagti... waise aj to meko bhi bhookh laggayi
riya : uff tum log bhi na, ruko mai tum logo ke liye sandwiches and coffee leke aati hoon...!!!

riya is in the kitchen preparing coffee... arjun comes there and sees her wiping the rim of clean glass with a tissue and rolls his eyes at her antics and thinks "ye ladki sachi mai officer hi hai na, iski harqaton se to choti bachi hi lagti hai"

riya sees him and asks kuch chaiye tha apko sir? can i help?
arjun just nods in negative and goes..!!!
riya( uff inki prob kya hai... mere har kaam se inko problem hai huh )...

hi rami dear...awesome update... so arjun joined etf... riya mumbling...and arjun heard it ...riya ko samabhal kar rahana hoga mureder case...that victim's husband hurt arjun...rathore feeling helpless hidden frnship... riya wiping mugs with tissue n arjun 's reaction riya bachhi hai...tumne toh kanika mureder case yaad dila di... update soon
