I personally feel that this FF doesn't need a CS, as everything has already been explained in the Background Story. Yet, I felt somewhere everyone should know their age, in order to understand their current situation.

Riya: 27 years old, had successfully completed studying journalism a year back. She has no family with her. A loving, caring friend, at times she is rude, arrogant with people who discourage kids, and also to 'Men' in particular.

The answer to her past was surrounded around black clouds that held a password i.e. 'Love'.

All she needed was someone to LOVE.

ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte: 28 years old was happily married once with Roshni, but since her demise he had built a wall of NO-LOVE, NO-SMILE around him. He since then became a ruthless, arrogant super cop but lately he has changed his attitude towards life. He loves everyone around him secretly, cares for them and their well-being, and tries to smile as much as he can yet he fails at it sometimes.

Arjun has a brother Chotu who's never addressed as brother and they never share a brotherly relation. But somewhere there's a caring bond hidden inside them.

ACP Sameer Dhamsingh Rathore: 28 years old, ETF Chief. He's pure by heart, an open book.

Shree: 23 years old, ETF secret Tech expert, who has been doing masters in Info Tech seven seas across India. Yet, an important part of ETF team. Riya's best friend who was separated but they (Riya and Shree) had finally found each other's friendship once again to cherish.

Commando Chotu: 26 years old, Arjun's brother who's never addressed him as brother and they never share a brotherly relation. Their relation goes as far as a work colleague and nothing else. Their personal relation is unknown to the rest of the team.

Villain:

Sikander: highly notorious criminal who has been caught only by Arjun. He had killed Arjun's wife when he was out of jail on bail for the first time. Six months ago from the present day he was caught for the second time.

Rana: Sikander's right hand. Currently out of jail in the good books of Etf team, and hiding himself in a cave to be safe.

Pathan: Sikander's Rivalry in the underworld business. Yet, they save each other's back when the time comes.
