In Banglore - Riya meets the Director of Intellengence Bureau from Federal Bureau Of Investigation infroms her about the Sikander case... Riya tries to join it but since she is pregnant she isnt allowed for much field work...
After much pestering & divulging the details of some corrupt officers in the dept - who are at quite high postion, she is allowed to be a part of the team... She was allowed to manage it with limited field work.. Riya had taken the permission for the case of Sikander and was very serious in that case.. The case was in ETF hands but she & the FBI were trying to catch hold of him from all corners so that he couldnt escape..
Interpol was also doing their part.. Sikander was known criminal, underworld leader - wasnt easy to catch hold of him. For the sake of Arjun, she knew she had to get deep into these matters.. Riya also knew being related to Arjun (his wife & carrying his child) she was inviting trouble for herself.. But then she was ACP Riya who wouldnt back off..
This was the evolution of Riya Suryakant (RS) ACP and an officer at the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI) working under DCP Gautam Khanna... Her job was hacking the reports / finding clues, etc and giving it to the dept for further investigation and if they hit upon a lead, they would go further on it.. She would also be undercover cop when needed coz they were very less people who knew of her...
Soon Riya comes to know of a shocking revelation... She swears upon herself to avenge Sikander and the corrupt officers who are involved with Sikander & the underworld...
On the other hand, Arjun is almost like an invisible ghost who provides details on the cases.. He doesnt speak much, doesnt comment much & just opens his mouth when needed that too only for the case.. No emotion left within him... Forget love & care - he wasnt even angry these days... Shree & Sheen's antics didnt irritate him, Chotu and Shree masti didnt anger him anymore.. He never said anything.. There was no "Samjhe ya Samjhaon" , "Kuch toh choot raha hain."... Everything was Samjh jana and Choota toh pakad lena.. If a team was a gun point, he would smartly kick out the person on his leg or arm but he didnt have any emotion on his face.. Just like nobody..They could pass comments, do masti but nobody could get a response from Arjun.. He lost the wish to live but he had too... Arjun Rawte did all he could to find out if Riya was safe or not.. The only thing he came to know she was in India, working as an undercover cop, usually not seen on the fields and is working on some big case.. In the CBI or FBI... Well, even Shree & Sheen didnt know anything about her.. Though she had promised them to keep in touch, she seemed to have disappeared in thin air.. Rathore didnt grant Shree any permission to inquire more about Riya.. He was the only person in the whole ETF who knew of Riya's wherabaouts.. Even Sonali didnt knew about it..
Riya kept in touch and informed Rathore about her well being... It was almost 2 months since Riya left the dept... On a pretext of a meeting with the Senior Officers, Rathore left for Banglore.. He met Gautam and then with Gautam went to Riya's place...
As he knocked the door, the name on the name plate suprised him... RIYA SURYAKANT.. He was happy.. Riya was shocked on seeing him here...
"Sameer, aap yaha.."
"Ab door par hi rehna hain ya andar bhi bulaogi.."
"Nahi sir, aiye na.. pls come in"
Gautam knew they wanted to be alone and he left.. "Have fun Riya."
"Sir, yeh Sameer .."
"Haan, mujhe iska biodata mat do Riya.. Mujhe pata hain yeh kaun hain..."
"Oh ya. .Aap ko kaise nahi pata hoga.."
"riiya, Shikha would be waiting for me.. Main nikalta hoon.. Rathore yaha se rasta pata hain na..?"
"Koi baat nahi Sir, mein chod dungi Sameer ko.."
"Riya, mein banglore pehli baar nahi aaya.. "
"Bye Sir.. "
After Gautam leaves, Rathore sits in Riya's living room to find it decorated with pictures of Arjun, Sameer & Sona, Shree & Sheen & Chotu.. Sameer wondered why wasnt der a picture of Arjun & Riya... But he choose to ignore it as it might hurt her..
"Riya, kaisi ho tum..?"
"Main kaisi ho sakti hoon Sir, jee rahi hoon.."
"Tumhe jeena hoga Riya, apne liye.. is bachche ke liye, hum sab ke liye, Arjun ke liye.."
"Sir, mujhe bheja gaya tha yaha par kisi ka kaam khatam karne ke liye and jab tak woh ho nahi jata, mujhe kuch nahi hoga.."
"Riya.."
"Sir, rehne dejiye.. How is Sona Bhabhi..?"
Riya called Sonali her bhabhi when they were alone...
"She is fine.. Everything seems normal till now.. Tumhari pregnancy kaisi hain.."
"Normal hain... "
"Riya, take care of yourself.. I really dont want you stressing yourself.."
"Stress and Me are twins .."
"Riya.."
"Ok ok, i promise bhai i wont let anything happen..."
Though it was a slip of tongue that Riya called Sameer BHAI, but Rathore was elated...
"Aaj toh main tumhare hi haath ka khana kha kar jaunga.."
"Jee zaroor.. Kahiye what do you want."
"lasagna - your master piece Riya.."
"Sure ... Anything else.."
"Yea, please give me a cup of black coffee. .Bahut din hue nahi peekar.."
"Done.. Aap fresh hojaye na.. "
"Mujhe banglore ka raasta pata hai Riya, tumhare ghar ka washroom ka nahi.."
Riya gives a small laugh and guides him to the wash room.. While she enters the kitchen to prepare lunch for Rathore.. Rathore manages to sneak into Riya's room to find it neat and clean without a spick of dust... A large poster of smiling Arjun was hung opposite the bed... The bedside photo had Arjun & Riya's wedding photo.. Rathore was so stuck watching Arjun smile, he didnt notice Riya come and stand beside him. She kept her head on his shoulder which then jerks Rathore out of his day dream.. He gives Riya a side hug when Riya asks his about Arjun... She didnt have the courage to listen to the answer..
"Riya, to be frank, Arjun is NOT fine.. He is a dead body.. Zinda laash bhi nahi keh sakta main use.. Woh zinda hain hi nahi Riya.. Please come back Riya, he needs you.."
"If he needed me, he would have called me.. Mujhe sirf ek baar awaaz de kar to dekhe.. Main waapas aajaungi bhai... Main roz yeh poster par is muskurahat ko dhoondte hue so jati hoon.. Mujhe pata nahi mere naseeb mein hain bhi ya nahi yeh dhoondna.."
"Riya, aisa mat kaho.. Chalo Riya mujhe bhook lagi hain.. Baaton mein laga diya tumne toh."
"Yea right.. Chaliye.."
After having food with Riya and chit chatting for a while, Rathod leaves... He kissed Riya on the forehead and asking her to take care of herself...
"Riya, agar u promise me to take care of yourself, yeh sikander ka encounter main hi karooonga.. Waada hain tere bhai ka"
"Thank u "
Rathod leaves while riya turns around to clean the room.. She glances at the wall and seeing Arjun smiling she frowns at him and makes a face.. Suddenly she takes the plate and throws it on his face..
"Mera mann karta hain Arjun, yeh na sach mein tumhare mooh mein phekna hain mujhe.. Huhh"
She goes to her room and then plans a strategy again to trap Sikander..
Roshni cant leave Arjun's house.. She is scared to move from his house.. Even he doesnt allow her to go.. Arjun doesnt allow Roshni to cook food for him or take care of him. They live as strangers.. Arjun only comes in the house around 2 AM and leaves by 6 AM... He is not their even on Sundays... It has been 4 months since Riya left... Roshni is helpless.. Sonali tried her best to help her but she cant say anything... Roshni moves around the colony, she shops, she buys stuff. Basically she does everything except talking to Arjun.. She is not allowed to stay in Arjun Riya room.. She doesnt come close to Arjun..
Arjun has closed himself to everyone.. Roshni stays their as a guest.. She has started working as a teacher in a near by school... She has made friends but yet cant fill the space in her life which she knows will remain forever.. She lost the opportunity...
Phew.. I am finally done with part 3.. Its just about the changes in Arjun & Riya's life... Not much about everyone.. This story is mainly about Ariya...
