Rating for episode 25 - Page 2

I loved it, but was it not Episode 26? Arjun has 2 episodes every week, and this was the second, so should it not be No.26?

In any case, it might be better for the producers to give a title to each episode, as is the common practice in crime serials.This one should have been titled, what else, Checkmate!

There were a few plot holes, but they would not change my rating it as excellent. For one thing, why did Sandhya not move out of Hiten's place once she finds out that he has murdered Kevin? She does not need a divorce for that. Instead, she sits around drinking herself silly and waiting to be murdered. If she had not met Arjun entirely by chance at that party, Hiten would have got off scot free.

Secondly, exchanging two such large and heavy headstones could not have been easy, and how did Hiten do this undetected in a graveyard? He would have had to work at night, and if the caretaker had caught him he would have been in trouble. If he had bribed him to keep quiet, there would always have been the risk of subsequent blackmail.

But these are minor lacunae in what was, overall, a very elegant and cerebral episode.

hey dear, actually there was a technical problem with an episode and it was telecasted later on
so I just counted that episode just once. and yes if u count by week days and not episode wise it shoild have been the 26 episode. hope it is not a pbm for u.
And yes ur points are really remarkable.

You are correct, for one should take only the number of complete telecasts, and so it should be No.25.

I wonder if you could take up with the producers the advantages of numbering the episodes and, even better, giving each a title as well, as they do in Adaalat and even CID, which seems to have had nearly 700 episodes! It would help in identifying them. Please do try.

I am glad you liked my comments; the episode was so good that it was worth a thorough analysis, which I hope to do tomorrow as a standalone post, along with the Saturday episode about the kinnaras. I hope you will it find even more interesting.

Definitely it is awesome, no doubt, do it and even try to contact a mod to stick it. If people don't like the lenght then try to shorten it a bit.
