CID is like 15 years old and this show is just an infant... Even in CID NOT ALL CHARACTERS CONTRIBUTE IN SOLVING THE CRIME... And it has a weak script too... But one thing is for sure, the show is improving with every episode...

I don't think the script is bad.. it might have had a few loopholes here and there... but otherwise its gr8.
And the acting is CERTAINLY NOT BAD... I think the cast is terrific... loved the acting...
I don't agree with the "it becomes hard to invest emotions in any of the characters." in the article.

And a special mention frm my side about SHALEEN ... I think he's awesome... seeing him after Roadies... its been a long time. i so wanted him to win the show. But its good to see him doin so well.

I hope the show does well. I'm really getting addicted to it.
Love the way Arjun's past is being revealed with every episode.

EDIT: forgot to mention... One thing I do agree with in the article is " In order to make Arjun look intelligent, the rest of the ETF is made to look otherwise."
Keeping the part where Arjun is the most observant aside (i love that abt him) I wish there were some more inputs frm the others. I hope the writers realise this.

I know many people have problem with Arjun being the 1 to solve the case. Pls don't mind I just want 2 share something with u guys. Think about Sharlock Homes he is the most famous detective character of the world. He doesn't have a team he solve cases alone.In some stories when police fails to solve a case they came to Sharlock for help. Think about Sattyajeet Roy's Feluda. Though he have Topse and Lalmohon babu as assistants Feluda is the one who solve the cases. Let me told u guys about my most fav detective character. In my country Bangladesh there is a very popular teenage detective book series. There is a teenage boy named Kishore Pasha. He solve the cases like Arjun. He catches simple clues which others ignore and solve the cases. That was my 1st detective book. Thats why that charecter is my fav. Honestly Arjun always reminded me of him. Ok If they can solve the cases alone why can't Arjun. I don't want to hurt anyone feelings just saying my views.

Hey its not as bad as you make it out ... its fast paced and the plot is also good. They taken up social issues and woven interesting stories around them... the actors are also doing really well... its better than any other show of the same genre...

OMG.. I thought the show s really doing well with excellent casting.. Right mixture of action, comedy nd romance with good space.. I dnt understand with this article😕 Am i missed out anything? or weak to notice/understand anything😲?
when the Arjun 1st promo aired i not at all interested.. But one day happened to watch this show nd got hooked with it.. Its not at seems silly, fake and unrealistic like other shows but fresh with fast paced

Exactly! That is what I remembered, Feluda and Sherlock Holmes! Two of my favourite characters... If it's ok for them...then why not Arjun. The other characters are not shown stupid or something to make Arjun look more intelligent. Riya, Shree and Chotu are newbies and of course it'll take time for them to learn... As far as Rathore is concerned, he very much deserves to be ETF chief, with so many years of experience in the field...I've explained the reason in my post...
