You are so right for rathore... i felt like yar he's so shameless arjun is always right but he is so stubborn and he never listens to arjun

may be by arresting innocents, if Arjun was not in Episode2, he would have arrested the girl's friend who was innocent.And the mother would be free to kill the girl's boyfriend.
